On checking the tyres today I noticed that the rear nearside tyre was showing more wear espacially on the outer rim. I check tyre pressures regularly and all the tyres were replaced at the same time. They are Bridgestone as fitted when new. Any ideas as to the likely cause please?

I had a similar issue with my RX300 a few years ago and I took it to my Lexus dealership and they said it was the Geometry !! To be honest, I am not sure if this is another name for tracking/wheel alignment !! Anyway, it seemed to solve the issue. It's up to you, either pop it into your local Lexus dealer, no doubt they will find something wrong and charge you accordingly, otherwise, go for the cheaper option and go to any Tyre and Exhaust place and get them to check the tracking and balancing of the wheels, this may solve your issue !!

Geometry !

I've posted a few times on this so I'm sure that using the "search" function will find my posts. Getting mine done has saved me £hundreds. Tyres are not cheap for this car so it makes simple sense to get them to wear evenly and for as long as is safe.
