Wheel Nuts, Need Advise Asap!

hey everyone im asking on behalf of my partner,

ive got a Lexus IS200 sport 2.0, the car has been bought on auction. However they failed to mention that the bolts varied in sizes so when i went for a MOT it had failed ( tread worn down aswell) anyway my main question is ive been told i need specific types of wheel nuts as apparantly my lexus is a old type and needs specific rare wheel nuts, anyone at all no where i can find these? any help is appreciated

nothin rare that I know of regarding wheel nuts, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lexus-alloy-wheel-nuts-for-o-e-wheels-is-200-300-gs-/290525313390 these are standard for standard alloys

if by tread worn down you mean unevenly, thats common as Lexus standard setup is pants, WIM (Wheels in Motion) can sort that out for you
