Lexus Gs300 Front Remanufactured Calipers?

Recommended Posts

Morning all

My front left caliper was sticking just over a month ago, I set it free, and now it's back to sticking. When I released it, I changed the slider pins and boots too.

Now do I fork out £650 on 2x genuine calipers, or do I go remanufactured?

Please any experience with remanufactured would be great. Also, links to suppliers if to hand.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Addz

You can buy full caliper service kits which include the pistons and seals, providing the cylinder bores are OK.

Lexus/Toyota do them or I have used a company called Bigg Red in the past who also do the kits and will also refurb your own calipers or supply replacements on an exchange basis.

go with the service kit in my opinion honestly easy to do can do calipers in no time after years of practise. or hold on a month as i am going to be getting rid of my calipers as looking for the supra turbo calipers to replace them.
