Hi,

As soon as I turned the ignition on, there are 2 distinct beeping noises.

One beep is like the parking sensor but the other is a lower tone beep.

No warning light on the dashboard, No light turn on, footbrake off.... The beeps keep going during driving.

Anyone has any idea?

Thanks in advance.

Just thought... you say seat belt on, but it could be related to the sensor in one of the seats.

Either in the driver's seat: you're in the seat, and have your seat belt on, but this does not get picked up by the sensor OR

Passenger's seat: no-one is sitting there, but the sensor within the seat thinks there is and is asking the non existing passenger to belt up.

From looking at my own car, the sensors in the seat are at the back for the sitting area. You can see 2 raised spots under the leather, in front of the back rest.

You haven't put a heavy-ish back on the passenger seat by any change, have you?

Thanks, will check the sensor.

But the beeps sound more like the parking sensor beep rather than the seat belt beep.

After listening properly again, I am quite sure its not the seat belt beep, this is much higher pitch.

It is very similar to the parking sensor beep but slightly higher pitch.

It happens randomly but very often during driving...

Can anyone recall what beep this will be?

Do you have front sensors?

I have a similar switch to isolate my front sensors but its in a different place. Dealer fit I believe.

I rarely turn them on so it has caught me out when I have left it on.

Thanks...

Whicever way I switch it, the front and rear sensors still work, maybe something is wrong.

I noticed that one of the front sensors is pressed in slightly, can I just cut the wire and replace one rather then replacing all?
