Lowering Driver's Seat On Is200

I'm quite tall and my hair brushes against the roof when I'm driving my 2001 IS200. Is there any way of lowering the driver's seat? I normally get the car serviced in my very good independent garage although I could use a Lexus dealer if necessary.

I have the sane problem. Don't think there's an easy solution.....

There was a thread a couple of months ago, after joined, so maybe February. Someone else was asking this and he took the seat out and took off the washers and something else to the bolt and that gave him an extra 8mm I think. If I find the thread I'll link it to this thread.
