Have you noticed how these cars resist wear and tear? Every switch on my 175,000 miler GS450h not only functions perfectly but they all look unused.

I also own a S Class Mercedes with half the miles covered but the interior is really tired in comparison, especially the switches with the surface breaking down making them look and feel grubby.

Will stay with Lexus in the future, keep looking at how affordable LS600h are becoming but hard to justify changing the GS with no faults!

Good to hear that the 450h will do high mileages and wear well Tony.

Mine is 3 years old, one owner and has covered only 17,000 miles.

My E class estate however is 11 years old and has covered 184,000 and worn extremely well.

Thanks for the update.

Regards

John

Over the years,I've pondered often, which vehicle, had I unlimited financial means to do so,would I purchase, having had my LS400 now for over a year, and reading about other LOC members experiences, with their various Lexus models,I know now,I'd plump for a late-model/new Lexus,-no question.
