Just a quickie has anyone used or knows anyone who has used tony banks exhausts in leeds

my gs300 exhaust has just started to grumble and after searching and a few calls his quote is bloody good.

Only heard good things about them. Going to make a trip up there in April to get a system made up for my GS430.

To add, I eventually used MIJ in Birningham as have a few on here. £600 full stainless system.

Yeah, that is where I contacted them. They responded no problem when trying to arrange an appointment last year. I'm sure there are a couple of members on here who have their systems.

It will be easier to give them a call mate, as they try and discuss the options available, which is too long winded through messages.

I'm looking for a cat-back system for my 2001 GS430. Can you tell me how much it costs and what's involved, ie does he make it and then you go up for fitting or does he need the car for a few days?

Best to call them, but when I spoke to them they need the car for something like 3-4 hrs. You can wait or go somewhere for a few hours and go back to collect. You tell them on the day what sound level and style of exit pipe you want.

Thanks for that, can I be clear, you order it and then turn up and they fit it? I ask as one mob wanted the car for a few days so that they could copy the existing system. Also, they wanted around £1200 which was a lot more than I expected. Does Tony Banks charge similar to MIJ ie around £600.

Price was about £400 (GS430 rather than GS300, but price almost the same) when I was enquiring last April time. Their current Adverts with prices are on eBay. Very good value, especially if you are local.

Will be booking in this April for sure before my bonus gets spent elsewhere!
