Newbie, Is200 Sportcross Owner - Thanks To All Forum Members

On New Years' Eve I bought a 2003 IS200 Sportcross, pictured below, and promptly joined this club. My previous car was a Nissan Primera 2.0eGTI wanted something at least as good to drive. So, it's not my first Japanese 2-litre 5-door, but definitely the best.

I just want to thank you all for taking part in an active owners' forum - it made researching, viewing and buying so much easier.

Btw the only funny thing so far is that Bristol is not in the list of locations (neither is Avon) so I've had to put Gloucestershire!

I wish i bought a sportcross sometimes. A bike hanging out of the back with springys holding the boot lid down isnt a good look

Love the SportCross practicality. Looks wise—

• 95% of the time, I love it
• 5%, I think it looks more like a small hatch (Corolla or something) than a compact exec… :eerrrmm: I have to walk around it and find a better angle :)

Welcome to the site. I've had my SportCross for a year and a month and 20,000 miles and absolutely love it. The boot space makes so much sense. Great colour you've got, too.
