Ct200H Advance Connect Nav Controller Not Working

A couple of days ago my contoller stopped working. The blue light on the panel still flashes when buttons are pressed but nothing happens on the unit. I presume it has lost its connection but before I book it in with Lexus is there any button combination I should know about to resync the controller with the unit?

i know its probably stating the obvious but have you checked your user manual to see if there's anything listed about it.i cant suggest anythink else as i dont have the nav on mine.

Fixed it but not from the book.

Switched it on to standby and left it until it reconnected, mine took around 45 seconds.

Worked fine since.

I have been suffering same problem quite a bit lately and the nav was frequently not connected to the remote. Have tried the power off/on and it's hit and miss whether it works or not. In fact Saturday I tried this routine 10 times and it failed to work. So as a last resort I turned off the power and then ejected the SD card and the put it back in and it hasn't failed since. Fingers crossed it's fixed.
