This may be complete waste of time for those already in the know, but I had a tip how to remove bird **** from the car without any scratches! Tea bags! Yes , have a noise cup of tea to calm your self when you see bird **** on you beautifully polished car, then take out the the tea bag ( doesn't work for those who use tea leaves) whilst still warm and place it on the spot...leave a for about 30 seconds and rub off....then wash with water...hey presto...no marks and the offending ****as been removed!

Also in today's Telegraph , honest John has letter published where some one advise hair spray on your on your hoses and brake lines every six months to stop vermin seating them...and causing havoc!

I just thought I share this with you on a Saturday night when there's fish all on TV....

Muc-off

The product i mean, what did you think

I use the aforementioned product Muc-Off, normally used on motorcycles to help remove all kinds of crap, road crud, tar, brake dust, dead bug insides, (even got off the half pheasant entrails and gore that i hit one evening a few years ago) even bird poop, get the worst off with warm soapy water, this will break down most of the poop and it will fall of anyway, spray on leave a minute or so, then gently wipe with a micro-fibre cloth to get off the stubborn stuff, repeat as necessary.

Rinse area to get the residue away, then buff, polish, whatever you like when the poop is gone.

Have used this stuff for many years and never had any issue, keep the specialist so called cleaners, this stuff is does all sorts to a high standard without if used carefully and swirls or scratches.

As parked on Seafront get loads of Seagull poo laced with chip fat and sand making a nice cementy green mess especially when the grockles hit Town in the Summer.

On horizontal surfaces best to just put a swab of wettned kitchen roll on the offending blob and remember to go back in twenty mins or so and it lifts off quite easily. If its dried up then leave a bit longer but keep it wet.
