Just had to let you all know that I have had a problem with the handling of my GS after its 1st service , after sending it back to the dealer and them telling me that everything was fine and that they could not find anything wrong , I found the tyre pressures to be 6psi above the recommended pressure .

Although that doesn't seem to be that much it made the car feel unsettled at motorway speeds and , shame the dealer couldn't find the problem maybe the airline needs recalibration.

I think it's to get better mpg as the higher psi will reduce drag from the tyres but it will increase stopping distance so not so good .

if you pump them up too high the money you save on fuel will nearly cover the costs of replacing all the tyres which have worn in the middle ;)

I'm sure they do it just so the owner feels some difference.
