Electrical Issues Is200

Can anybody please advise?..My friend accidently put jumps leads on my car ..lexus is 200 sport the wrong way around and now has caused no end to problems, I have replaced the Battery and a few fuses ....but still have no central locking , immobilisier, any guages or electrics at all inside working as well as no indicators....if any body can advise it would be greatly appreciated :-)

There are plenty of fuses in the engine bay and in the cabin, have they all been checked?

Door locking for example uses the Door DL 15A fuse and MPX-B 10A fuse - however these are fed from the ECU-B1 20A fuse and the ALT 120A fuse.

hi , thank you for the reply, i have changed the fuses in the box at the engine bay but none yet inside the car...is this 120amp fuse the issue for all inside electrics...seen another post similar to mine from a while ago?

Not sure all but it would affect a lot. This is located in the engine bay, one of the large square fuses at the top. I think you need to unbolt the fusebox so you can get to the retaining bolt under the fuse - obviously disconnect the Battery first.
