  1. No. The 18" 6 spoke sports alloys. The link works for me
  2. A steal or what. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...w=all&tid=0
  3. That looks like an excellent buy. I paid 100 for mine with the same postage. Dave It is slightly damaged though. Has a "slight crack". Vendor also says the spoiler does not have a brake light.
  4. He has agreed to meet me at Pristine Wheels

    Is200 Interior

This guy has one on Ebay at the moment in beige. I spoke to him last night about the bootlid and spoiler but that was gone. He says the interior is mint. Check the following item number in Ebay. 170450084995

  7. Parthiban What do you think about these. Bought it on Ebay lastnight but the guy wants to me to collect off the M1. Hi feedback is immaculate though??? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...w=all&tid=0 Mars
  8. I have one don't know which side though will have a look tomorrow.
  9. I was actually also interested in the bootlid with the spoiler but the seller insisted it did not have a brake light which was what I wanted. I asked him to double check and no reply. Asked him about the wheels. No reply. It appears he never puts anything in writing. Note his very poor feedback rating on Ebay. Looks as if he has also reregistered under a different name.
  10. Franchi's in Holloway Road. The company in Blackstock Rioad is called Buckenham's and I believe the entrance is actually in Gillespie Road. Could also try Keymakers in Winchmore Hill.
  11. I did exactly as you suggested some months ago except it cost me about £15 to cut the blank key. Works perfectly.
  12. My battery packed up last Saturday. Car is coming up to five years old next month and has covered just under 40,000miles. This was due to the fact that since April 2007 I have only been driving it once a week if that at the weekend. I could not even jump start it. The battery indicator was showing the battery to be in good condition and so I charged it for 4-5 hours and it started the car ok. I will be able to tell tomorrow whether the charging has worked if the car starts. I would says 7 years for a battery is great as I had this once before with a Honda. Lexus Woodford is qouting £65.27 incl but with the Gold discount this works out at £55.48.
  13. Can anyone help and suggest what might be causing the problem. The SRS warning light keeps coming on and staying on, on the dash board. If I turn the ignition off and restart the car it will sometimes stay off for quite a while. It is however, happening very often, virtually everytime I drive the car. Lexus can find no error codes or history for this on the car nd thinks it may be a faulty component. They state that I should not worry that the airbag will deploy and that they will look at it in more detail when the car comes in for service in January 2008.
  14. There was one on Ebay in the last week, don't know how much it sold for. I paid a lot for mine from the dealer (£40+)
  15. I know what you mean, that's why I thought I had miscalculated at first. I put fuel in when the needle was on the 1/4 mark, I put £41 in which took the gauge upto just under the full mark, reset the trip to 0 and when the needle reached the 1/4 again I had done 412 miles. I also calculated it at the approximate mid point and that gave 37 mpg. I must admit I does sound very high. I'll shall keep doing it and see what I get. Humm, not the most accurate way of doing the test i dont think. what you should do is - fill the tank to the brim - reset your trip counter - drive around - go back to the pump - fill the tank up to the brim again.... ....and however many ltrs went in, work it out with the number of miles on your counter, never having to worry about the needle position, which i beleive we have all found to be inaccurate. give that a go next week, and report back. either way, your doing a great job with your mpg, easily one of the most econimical IS's. [source: http://www.spritmonitor.de/en/overview/26-...km=0&sort=1 ] As Vyker says this is the only way to work out your mpg accurately. I get 15mpg during the winter doing mostly short journeys (under 10 miles) in town. In summer I get around 21mpg. If I do some motorway driving I end up getting around 27-28mpg but then again I am driving an auto. Had the same problem with my auto honda accord.
  16. Hi, I have had a look at my grille to make sure it was not damaged in any way (due to where I had it stored). This grille was bought in November 2005 for roughly £36 (I was not a Gold Member then) and it was originally silver. I had it resprayed in Strathcaron Blue for £40. It has never been fitted to my car as I have been using the standard and LE grilles. I was hoping to use it this summer but it is not a big deal. I am more concerned at the moment about the crap handling of my car. I am under no pressure to sell, however, if I can help a fellow member out I will do so. Jamie will attest to that. Someone else is also interested in this grille so if interested parties would like to PM me with their best offers (plus postage of course) by 19.00hrs on Monday 24th June 2007 I will make a decision then.
  17. Depends on how much you are willing to pay ?
  18. My experience is very much like yours except my car is an auto. I like the car but hate the handling, braking and petrol consumption. Unlike Lee Iceman it does not feel planted but then again the car is pretty much standard. I was on the M25 on Sunday and had to give way to a car behind me. It seems there might have been a little thing going on with another car in the middle lane. I must have been doing 90-100. After I pulled over I noticed the car I had given way to was another IS, the car in the middle lane tried to chase the IS but boy did that IS shift. I gave up after I hit 110 it just did not feel safe. On rough local terrain I do have to hold on to the steering wheel and I do have snaking and brake judder when braking down from motorway speeds. The car is erratic sometimes it drives like a dream other times it is a nightmare.
  19. Think he may be referring to the DEPO LED brake lights. They come in black and chrome and sell on Ebay for about £170.
  20. I as well do not know how these guys get such mileage. I recently got 15.04mpg and that was soon after my 40,000 mile service. Previously at my 30,000 when I complained to the dealer about fuel consumption they changed the air filter with no effect whatsoever. Granted I do mostly short journeys ie. under 10 miles but it seems to be a affliction of automatics. When I drove manual Honda Preludes even when the car was over 10 years old I was still getting above what the manufacturer claimed for urban driving.
  21. Never managed to find one in Halfords that looked as if it would fit perfectly.
  22. I want one too so if you can do a group buy, im in. They are £46 or so from Lexus and that was 2 years ago.
