Yes, definetly worth it, I saved membership fee in first visit. Most importantly you would be supporting LOC ensuring that it remains active and keeps us all well informed. I don't post a lot, but I read a lot of posts and have learnt a lot of information, to me this was is worth the membership fee alone. Regards Paul.

Congratulations on your new car, glad you are pleased with it. I used to have the MKI GS Sport, very sad to see it go, tried to get the wife to use it, but she wasn't having any of it, she was happy with here MGF. Have you any pictures to post on here? All the best Paul

Lower Ball Joints (balljoints)

I had my lower ball joints change on Aristo a few weeks back. Ball joints were £65.00 each and charge 2 hours labour at £50.00 per hour = £230.00 If your ball joints passed MOT and inspector didn't say anything about them being worn or will need changing for next MOT then there shouldn't be a problem with them. If you want to be sure you can take it to another garage. Ask them to check ball joints and have a look at them when they are checking them up on the ramp. Regards Paul -
Purchase one of these from Prolex. Had it fitted today by Pete at Thor Racing, Took about 40min. Well what can I say It's wicked , the pull from 120 is amazing. No problems with auto box, still nice and smooth. If you are thinking of de-limiting your Aristo then this is what you need. Regards Paul.

Update.. Had car set up / dyno run at Thor Racing = 410 Bhp. They were unable to fit HKS SLD MkII as wiring instructions in Jap, they wan't to be 110% first before fitting. I need to upgrade fuel pump now. Will have done in December when I have Brakes Upgraded Regards Paul

One of the other problems to look out for is the Throttle body sensor. If you have to put accelerator pedal nearly all the way down to the floor to get it moving and the VSC Light, Check engine lights come then it stands a good chance that the Trottle Body Sensor is playing up. I only know this because it happened to mine. All the best. Paul.
