I've only ever seen 1 new LS460....... See it everytime I'm at work now lol (it's my bosses) he's as much jealous of my car(ls600hl) as I am of his 😀

I've a 600HL on 19" same tyres and NO ride quality issues ..

Congrats on your new ride.... I had a 08 GS450h SEL for 2 yrs and can say you'll love it.....

No haven't used the GPS on the ivic and haven't even used the sat nav in the LS either lol

Do a search on here for iVIC via tech , I've a 600 and bought and fitted one of these (only currently available via the states ) it lets you use your iPhone/android phone via touch screen and steering wheel controls for GPS/phonebook/weather/and music , thes vids on YouTube ..... priced at nearly $400 plus shipping etc think it worked out to be around £260 or there abouts..... Wires into back of Emv screen, but easy enough to do then ive my cables and ivic box leading into centre armrest compartment...... If you go for this give me a shout and I'll give you a walk thru of taking Emv screen out etc etc can be tricky if not any knowledge as a few hidden screws/bolts to undo..but it's a easy job (I'm saying that now lol)as I've done it but was sweating doing it first time as didn't want to damage anything but no seriously it's a easy job may take 30mins or so from start to finish Ps The is a iPod / phone plug, in centre arm rest, but you can't use steering wheel controls to change tracks or albums hence I went for the above technology plus ivic you get the album pics up on screen. One day I'll take a vid or pics n show yous lol

Personally and this is just my opinion.... No no no.... Ps did I say no .... Just my opinion and no offense meant but to me it looks tacky not fitting for this marque of car..... Had it of matched steering wheel color you might of got away with it ... Sorry mate

I'd chop his nuts off if he disfigured my car.... Just imagine waking up in morning n seeing go faster stripes on 600... Oh ****... shudders at the thought lol No fear of that car,is safely locked up in heated garage plus all alarms n cctv etc etc

Lol I'm quite happy to have my LS400 as a garden ornament,

i spoke with the owner of a firm who does wraps n films n tinted windows etc about film for bumper ....he said save your money and just get a re spray as cheaper when you need too..... Did himself out of business but glad of his honest opinion, Got a section of my rear bumper done to save scuff marks from taking bags out of boot....as yet everything ok and virtually invisible, but can imagine in time a dirty mark appearing on seam of it( then again maybe not as nearly wash car everytime ive used it) lol

I've still my mk4 LS...... Was going to sell it but was offered stupid low money for it and would rather keep it as a ornament on drive rather than let it go for such a low price...... I Can't see me ever driving it again but I'm sentimentally attached to it, plus a spring broke on it after being sat doing NOWT for awhile.... Was speaking with a neighbour when spring went (being Ex forces i dived for cover lol sounded like someone shooting at me.... Did a couple of tours in NI ) then after investigation noticed spring had just broke...... sad to know she's going downhill not being used, but does look good parked on drive with her big sister lol

Think we should all chip in and buy this........ Then quickly bury it very deep.....

As yet still not sure what I'm doing with car Seriously cant see me ever finding a car like this again in a years time or however long it takes me to recover It's a 5yr old car and only 2 small stone chips with only 27k on clock and interior looks like no ones ever sat in it.... Had car valued 2wks ago and kinda happy with the valuation £5 short of 30k 😃 I kinda love this car lol ie spec and color I always wanted and more importantly when I drive this I can see the envy in everyone's face as I go by lol.... Reading what I've just written I think my mind is made up KEEPING IT I have a large heated garage so will park her up and caress her bodywork lol when I'm feeling down n low (gunna be a few weeks /months of that I foresee Thanks for the offers of looking after her and keeping her running lol but NO-ONE and I mean no one gets to drive her whilst my names still on the docs lol Wife n kids are lucky I let them be passengers hahahahaha Thanks again guys

In a bit of a delemour, as most of yous know I have a very minted extremly low mileage top spec LS600hl, I foresee it not being used for quite along while possibly, Maybe up to a year, do I sell it on or garage it Wife refuses to drive it as its to big and she knows I'd go bonkers if she ever scratched/bashed it lol, Reason behind all this is ive just very recently been diagnosed with lymphoma cancer (told 3 days ago) 😞 Once I start my treatment thes no way in hell I'd be driving, as I feel dreadful all ready and chemos going to make me worse, Kinda guessed I was ill with something for a wee while, but Hayho, Now do I park up my pride and joy, or sell it on and upgrade to newer on once I'm all sorted and clear, I'm in two minds what to do with it, The thought of having this parked up doing NOWT for up to a year and even selling it is doing my head in, had it valued last week and it's still worth just under what I payed for it earlier this year So guys what do you suggest and what would you do in my position No doom n gloom on my medical condition please

Mines affected also... Wouldn't reconise my reg to begin with as I've a personal plate and had to look at servicing manual for orginal plate No as I couldn't remember what it was before I changed it..... Old age

Don't know if it's already been posted up but thes a recall on certain lexus's RE a fuel pipe unsure on all models but it certainly effects LS's 2005-2010.... Went onto lexus UK and put in my reg and YEP my LS600hl is on the recall listl .... Obviously all free of charge but a 3hr job to replace the recalled fuel pipe.... Nearest lexus garage to me is a good 3-3.5hrs away just my luck 😞, will have to sort out a convenient day for this Edit...... It affects IS GS and LS's ..... Just type in to google lexus recall and it takes you onto site and gives a list off all models possibly affected

Only trouble ive got now is ive nothing else to upgrade too now apart from a newer one..... I'm at the top of the ladder n no where to go now ...am I worried ...am I heckers like lol I shall await with baited breath for the LS900 or 1000 lol😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆

9690 Phil ...yep I've the relaxation pack so only 2 seater in back (saves me having to pick grand kids up if I've my youngest 2 with me ) cunning plan lol my 600 is the long wheel version hence the L at the end of LS600hl and obviously a hybrid Main differences between 460 and 600 are cost lol .... Engine size and 600 can have relaxation pack and its a hybrid few extra gadgets as in self parking (only tried this once and bottled it and took control again lol).... Apart from that much the same to look at inside n out No the 600 aren't all like that ie 2 seaters in rear ...only the relaxation pack ones ...in hindsight I should of maybe went for 3seater one but I like my gadgets and always go for top of range things

I've still the same silly grin on my face from the day I picked it up... Used to go out the back of my house for a smoke but now always go out the front so I can admire the car more often, , I did like my GS but from about week 1 of ownership started regretting not sticking to my guns and going for a LS460.... silly reasons really main one being when I drove around ppl used to look back at my car as I past them in the LS400 but with Gs no one did.... Lol call me vain but I like ppl looking at my car in awwwwww, but hardly anyone did with the GS... Now with the LS600 ppl come up to me and compliment me on car and ask about it, even my boss is jealous and he's got a 14 plate LS460 Putting that all aside the GS was a nice drive and to be honest can't complain about it very similar performance to the LS (remembering it was a GS450h) comfort wise I found myself having to move about on seat after awhile (numb bum effect) which I never got on my LS400 (which I still have) Only complaint ive got about the LS600 is......... Errrrrrr .....I haven't got anything to complain about ...no really I have one complaint when drop down dvd screen is activated in the back I can't see out of back window from rear view mirror.... Was going to get dvd headrests and deactivate the drop down but because of the way the front passenger seat headrest moves and folds away when the rear relaxation seat is activated I cant..... But no big issue I have 2 wing mirrors to see behind me..... Either that or I stop the kids watching DVDs in the back (not worth the hassle of 2 screaming crying arguing kids lol) I must add lexus's up my way are like hens teeth.... A few IS's and a hand full of RXs and 1 LS (mine) the was a 07 GS once lol but was passing thru the area never ever saw it again

Been there done that ie went from LS400 to a GS450h now back to LS600hl .... You will end up pinning to get back to LS... Nice cars but not as nice as LS's ....

Lol maybe I've the fitment ones for a isf ..... Lol..... may see about modifying them and putting on rear doors so kids get to see them ... I'm 47and a bit old now for modifying pimping my car

Steve its pollen.... I live in a small village in the countryside and get this all the time during the summer..... Are the any oil seed rap fields near by..... This stuff travels for miles in right conditions ....... NOWT harmful for car body work just a pain having to wash car more frequently Not been to bad this year as I've now a silver car and not as noticeable, but had a black one before and **** what a pain lol

I bought these ....months ago... Ad from eBay said direct replacement for the lexus I had at the time.. 08 GS450h.. Did they fit....nope nowhere near tried them on a later GS..... Nope.... Tried on a LS400 ...nope... Tried on a is200.... Nope Have I tried them on my LS600hl .... Defiantly nope... Currently sat in my garage in a draw never to see light of day again Hope you have better luck mate
