  1. I believe its owned by Tesco's as when I got some new quote, I mentioned to Tescos (my current insurer) and they said yes we own them, so they price matched it.
  2. It may not be the product that swirls, its all the dust and dirt getting rubbing into the paint whilst using the product that causes the swirls.
  3. I believe Lexus revised them to be changed at 60,000 instead of 100,000 recently. But wouldnt have thought all owners would be aware.
  4. Here ya go, I have one for my jet ski, cost about £200 I think four years back. Made by witter.
  5. Interesting, that must take some application?
  6. I believe you would be left with swirl city.
  7. Get yourself over to www.detailingworld.co.uk http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/show...highlight=IS200 Something like Collinite 476 would do the job and a couple of layer would give you a few months protection.
  8. Im just curious what mileage other IS200 owners are getting from there tyres? and what brand tyre. As I have an MOT next week and need a new set all round after 30,000 miles on Kumho KU31 Sport Tyres 215/45/17. Interested to know what other members are getting? My car has not been setup by WIM purely because its about a 400 mile round trip from me, the car does suffer from the inside front tyre wear, but can still get 30k out the fronts. Look forward to hearing what other members are getting...
  9. I use Kumho KU31 Sports Tyres, got 30k out my first set, second set on the same and prob have another 10k in them. Good grip on the wet and dry. They were £260 for four fitted, 215/45/17.
  10. Forget a chamios, old technology and dont use "an old cloth" to dry your car, more than likely mark your paint. Try something like this as your drying towel http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sonus-Der-Wunder-Dry...p3286.m20.l1116 Dont use more then the specified amount of shampoo, to much will cause streaking, try not to wash in the sun or on hot days aswell. Pressure is good to get the intial muck off, then use a wash mitt and bucket, then rinse with a hose to sheet off the excess water and finally use your drying towel. job done.
  11. That paint is looking slick, have you waxed or polished it at all mate? if so what products...
  12. You can check it out on BBC Iplayer, think it may take a day or two before if goes live on there.
  13. Look spot on, wouldnt mind a set the same on my black IS
  14. I believe you can make/use 2500 litres a year before you have to inform the tax man.. but correct me if im wrong
  15. I run the Kuhmo KU31's Sport Tyres, 215/45/17 got 30k each out the last 2 sets. £260 for all four corners balanced and fitted. I say 30k, the rears and prob got another 10/15k miles left in them.
  16. Cheers, would I be right in saying Bluestone Metallic (8N6)
  17. Was just having a look at Newer IS's, well compared to mine and came across one in this colour.. which I think suits it pretty well. But its the only one I have seen in this colour and no others I can see on autotrader wear it... just wondered what the name of it was..
  18. Not much Oil & Filter and checks, only a minor service.
  19. How do you clean the AC system mate? Mine is on all year round... but never cleaned it specifically.
