  1. i know buff the reason i would swap the shafts with the diff is, that its a matched set, the altezza shafts are in effect the same(just shorter) however the output shafts from the diff unit are better designed, not especially stronger, but they do use more bolts than the is200 4 stud and nut method i think if you can its better to use the output/half shafts that come with the unit rather than popping them out, and potentially damaging the oil seal, or worse bearings
  2. to show the cam angles is pretty impossible with available equipment that i have used, or seen to man on the street as the timing is in constant varible, it is not dictated by any single imput., imputs to the ecu from inlet temp, engine load, throttle imput all give only part of the infomation to the ecu i tried to get this info from TTE a few years ago, and there was nothing recorded that even they could get there hands on that showed any definitive scales or graph, to indicate some basic cam angle slope
  3. remove screw (door opening handle cover(behind small flap) remove screw bottom of door closing handle remove tweeter speaker grill (just pulls off) grab doorcard from the bottom, and pull towards you disconnect speaker wire disconnect window switch wires, and mirror switch wires disconnect courtesy light wire lift rear of door card out of window channel remove door card
  4. i wonder if it is the same as an is200 one, as i know the is220/is250 and is200 subframes are basically the same, albeit 1 or 2 very minor differences
  5. seems ok, there actually very easy to fit yourself.... ive fitted quite a few, and really the time is taken up by the fiddly things
  6. just swap the shafts with the diff, they do fit
  7. if you cant get the part, a decent garage should be able to make one.... some gasket paper, and a small ball pein hammer....
  8. this kit is much wider than the wald or data systems kit, this kit allows you to actually fit much wider wheels. the car shown only looks bad as the wheels are far too narrow for the kit i have this kit sat in a lock up, and is up for sale as it was originally going on the monster, but its not needed anymore you can easily get away with fitting 19 or 20" wheels with this kit in around 19 x11j rims
  9. ive heard its not SPC anymore,
  10. i will have to dig the numbers out, thought i had posted them. however i never fitted the brackets fascia or radio yet as ive been busy with work and other things, and the Gs is low on my list at the mo
  11. it is only a header tank, fluid is drawn up the tube...it shouldnt be draining anywhere
  12. you can see that your exhaust is different, you have 2 middle boxes the is200 has a single centre box the cat pipe comes back further on the is200 aswell even the back boxes are different, the altezza has a varible tract valve within the backbox, the is200 doesnt
  13. the is200 and altezza exhausts are different id also imagine that the supplied piece is normally used in conjunction with other parts for example the Japspeed systems work as a full system
  14. the black plastic reservoir is the correct place to top up the coolant
  15. well its not playing game at the moment, it sounds like one of the diff bearings may have gone, the old oil that came out, was not in a good way, ive got another diff, will fit it possibly in a week or so. just fitted new discs pads and shoes to the rear
  16. For the drivers door the rubber like handle/molded part part that you use to close the door for both drivers and passenger, the trim that goes around the handle to open the door
  17. if your car is a UK spec car, it came with an alarm and immobiliser
  18. to be honest, there worth whatever someone is prepared to pay, ive seen wheels sell for £10 each!!
  19. you could buy my car ready built........has all the bits you need, plus more.....!
