  4. it has to be removed for cleaning and re-oiling, your other points are pretty subjective, without proof, the oem filters are very good, being of Exactly the same construction as the TRD air filter, .....but not red
  5. personally, i wouldnt bother on a std car, the standard induction layout on the is200 has been shown to be very efficient, a new OEM filter will give the same results
  6. erm, wouldnt it just be easier to ask for the information you want?...

  11. first ive heard of this happening, to be honest the Toyota bolts, from experiance fair alot better than most manufacturers. id be more inclined to say that at sometime in the past the front ball joints have bee replaced, and the bolts have been either...over torqued, and there fore stretched, or not torqued enough
  12. to reset the short term memory of the ecu disconnect the battery and reconnect, to remove long term memory disconnect for approx 10 mins, this should clear any stored faults cant really see what resetting the ecu has on the fuel guage, the reading is dictated by the sender unit either way, you still have the same physical amount in the tank i assume you took the readings with the car sat in exactly the same place
  13. the mini disc player plugged into the oem head unit, they do come up on ebay now and again, one of the lexus dealers (Edinburgh) i think was selling new ones....cheap
