Hi Lexus brighton = mot + 40k service + 10 % gold discount = £320 inclusive bargin top job and as good as new, lots of things filled and replaced. its about a 2 hour job. labour was half this at £55 hr (£110) and rest was parts + extra 1 hr for MOT + vat. 3 hours in total think this was a fair price. and free coffee and doughnuts (mmmmm) as well as valeted inside and out. why else would we choose this make of car..??? :D

Platnium Ice.... now well over 100 coats of Zymol bling bling..got to protect somehow..if i could get away with natural beeswax i would to form a solid coat without the loss of shine.

Hi Just been to dealers Asked the dealer : Can i have Touch up stick? reply: These are not in the country at the moment as Toyota hasnt yet released new stock? Apparently all new cars are shipped with a pot to cover any mishaps on route? So where do they go? Chips or dentaway? So as i see it we are all driving cars that you cant get a bit of lippy for..to hide the fact paint is flawed. Were do we all stand now?? free resprays using a better hardened paint ...Until i get hold of mine its back to lots of polish and preys?

Hi Mine to creeks , found its due to the sunroof moving due to aerodynamics of wind over sunroof. under 40 creeks over 60 seems fine It also more to do with the plastic bits. cant lub them.. what do you lot think..

:D i went for L200 --- easiest and widely available and just to inform the normal brain dead bmw drivers i leave for dead ...that although this is seen as an old mans car... whats just just pis*ed on there fire... plus for those who look and go what was that??? give them an idea.. also can change the L to To lexus L symbol to pose even more ..subject to plod..

Hi Had my rear done in the same way.... Local place South Coast Wheels in Southampton......can repair these expensive diamond turned wheels of ours for £60 +vat...made a wonderful job.....look as good as new.......better then the Dealers just round the corner....... hope this helps....sorry havent got number to hand....

Hi I had problems with CDr's as it was a manufacturing fault with original Cd Player they didnt make the cd holder bigger enough to except Cdr's over Original CD's, Fraction of millimetres differences, had mine replaced under warranty, to include modification. this is what i was told when i got my Cdr's jammed. Still service departments will tell you anything...but so far no issues???? till next time..

hi Tested Mazda and wind and road noise very high...IS 200 wins again. Here was the ranking: 1) Honda Accord. New shape quick glance is200??? copy but not a good one. 2) Audi A4. Boring and no goodies as standard try audi.co.uk and compare models with is 200 ...Guess which wins... 3) Mazda 6. as above 4) Vauxhall Vectra cheap avensis.... and why change the shape in a new model completely???? what it cost last time to replace Cavalier.. hiding something not improving.. 5) Lexus IS200.

Hi all. I was travelling along M25 on Friday on way home when grey is200se joined at leatherhead junction and i noticed wing mirrors had indicators on???? Had to double check i wasnt confussing Merc For Lexus... and no it was Lexus Is 200 Se??? Does anyone else know of this option????

if they feel like rubbing grit with hand PITTED.didnt you get changed under warranty?? If not locate a place and have then reground and laquered . outside of Lexus. Got a copy in Southampton the boy racers use, in North Baddesley so i ve been told charge about £40 a rim?? Worry about it when it happens when cant warrant car anymore...

Hi I have been checking out options on car and looking at Lexus web site and now offer 6 spoke 18" wheels instead of 17" / 18" 5 spoke. Question has anyone had problems with these pitting like the 5 spoke standard se wheels??? Also do the s 16" wheels pit, not that i want them.

Tells you in owners handbook, mentioned if you need to carry out bulb replacement. hope this helps.

Hi New member hust gone gold but was wonder what was best % saving per dealer on say servicing / mot's / tyres etc.... as just rang Brighton and not happy to give me 10% only on labour. for being a member.. help as i would like best value for money for going gold to prove its well worth joining a great club.. :D
