  7. These look good Tony. The Garage quoted me £495 for two, then there was labour to go on top. They were not Lexus either. They told me if I went for Lexus ones, they'd be around £1500+ fitted????? Thing is, I can't buy and fit myself now as I have two knackered hips. Col..
  8. Front offside seems to not be releasing properly. Get a lot more dust buid up Ormi, so, I thought it needed changing, and that you can't just change one??? Guess I might be wrong. Once spent an age trying to fix a caliper on a Renault 5, and it was a freekin pain. Also, now with my hip problems, do-it myself is not an option mate. Wot next?????   9. Hi peeps, Need to renew/replace my IS200 sport front calipers. Got a quote for non-Lexus ones from local garage, but, not happy putting minger stuff on my baby. Anyone recommend good type?   11. Ones I know are, The bearing will continue to wear more quickly, wheel may start to wobble, will generate heat, noise will get progressively worse and last of all bearing may shatter. I'd drive slower till you get it fixed, or, borrow some money to get it done mate. Col.................

  14. rob yes i have 35 in all 4 tyres col its when i go over big ones like (man holes) the wobble its like the car goes side to side very very fast (thats the best way i can describe it) sorry thanks wahid Maybe a dodgy shock????

  16. Wotever you do, DON'T use Halfrauds paint repairer. They are awful. Wanted to charge me £120 to stuff some cataloy in a very small dent and paint it. I got dent devil to do it and they charged me £60 with the dent fuully removed with a special tool, and not paint needed... (on my wife's feesty).... Col
  17. Lexus Aberdeen do my car too mate. They don't have a body shop of their own. The use a local body shop close to the toyota place. They're OK, but charge the going rate..(expensive). Is it too bad to consider "chipsaway"????? Col

  19. Cheers mate, they cancelled the Op' at the last minute...!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seems I may have a tumour on my Kidney.???????? Anyhoo.. Ultra sound today, then possible MRI scan..... I'm fed up... Col :duh: Hope all is well Colin - you had the scan done yet ? Had an ultra sound yesterday.. nothing showed up... now they tell me 10% of these things don't show on an ultra sound. Now have to wait and see wot the Professor guy wants next!! Guess it'll be an MRI??? Anyhoo, least I still get to drive my baby......... yeeeehaaaaa. Life's too short to worry....   24. Erm, I think ye'll be disappointed if you try the 65MPH doo daa. It definitely does not work.... proven on Top Gear a wee while back.. Ye'll get soaked.. just ask Hammy on TG.. Col.. :winky:
