agree with the above..far more nicer cars than the 250c > audi a5 and 3 series convertable are far better...ok they are "common", but id personally fo for the latter 2 cars

i worked in canada for around a year..and there are alot off infinity vehicles, there design is nice but i would not buy one, i was told:Lexus is a top brand and Infinity is the poor mans Lexus - as i was told by my collegue in canada...

if you could let me know the outcome, as i have the exact same problem after i changed my front pads yesterday.

TBH im lookin to change my IS300 for a new Audi A5 2.0T and have been looking on the audi forums and they also seem to be peed off regarding official mpg claims as in real world driving, there is no way of achieving the official figures. Another thing i have noticed that is a bit worrying is the amount off "issues/problems" there are with NEW audi/vag cars on the forums compared to lexus where its mainly 220d mpg and rattles......jus goes to show how far lexus/toyota has come in the short years they have been building(lexus).

i take its not in the "one carefull owner" catagory then.....

it looks like its been driven through Halfrauds.....it may be a "fast" car but exterior styling not to my taste

i fitted my tte arbs a few months back and now i have the same problem but just want to make sure.....when you say clunk noise, does it sound as if its metal hitting metal noise(if that makes sense)? .

are there not 2 types of radio's e.g from 1999 - 2001. 2002-2005(2002 on wards being when lexus did the slight update to the stereo)?

considering the increases in petrol prices and rising running cost, its becoming quite expensive for me to run my IS300. Im swaying towards a diesel (liking the 325d M Sport Coupe at the moment). Ive never had/bought a car through a finance option(allways saved up and payed cash.) and will be looking to purchase my next car through a PCP (Personal Contract Purchase)agreement - i chose this finance option as at the end you can hand the car back or pay the balloon payment and own the car. I just want to know what are the pro & cons off this type of finance option and do any off you know of any other companies that offer pcp? i.e. non main dealers? i wont b changing untill early nxt year but want o do a bit off research before hand..... Many Thanks

anyone changed there IS headunit to a aftermarket one, and still have there lexus unit? after a woking unit from a 2001 onwards(with top loading cd slot)

its my parents 25th weddin anaversay nxt week and i have booked them a 7 day holiday/stay at the radisson blu in Sharm el shaikh. -just been doing some googeling and there seems to be a lot of companies offering day trips to cairo from sharm el. Has anybody done this?, if so who did u book the trip with? Im thinkin off bookin this one for them Cairo Day Trip And any other things u could recomend would be great as i nor them have been to egypt before Ive not told them abt the holiday yet, want to get everything sorted 1st.(a prezzie from me and my brother basically) Thanks singh182

pwr on all the time, and stick the car into "M" mode all the time instead of D...that way if ur in a pickle, no need to wait for kick down just change down a gear and boot it.

ive got the same prob with the is300, but ive noticed that it only happens if i leave the car for 5 hrs or more OR if its a damp day....in the hot weater we have been having, its been startin up fine.

Abbas - do they knock wen you go over bumps/ pot holes?

ive been quoted approx £130 each Goodyear for 225/40/18 and £90 for Falken 452, on part off me is telling me to go for the cheaper option(falken) and the other is pullin me towards the goodyear. Is the extra £40odd really worth it?

how much did u pay for the tyres if u dont mind me asking,

has anyone had the Eagle Asymmetric tyre fitted, there seam to be good reviews all over the net about these tyres...anybody had them on there is200 or IS3?...need 2 rear tyres urgently, not sure weather to get falken 452(currently on the rear) or the Eagle asymmetric....the last 2 sets of rear tyres have been falken - been a top tyre but fancy trying another brand.
