Hello all... owning a lexus for the past 9 years, from the IS200 to IS220 and now for past 5 years the IS250 i constantly find myself autotrading/ebaying ISF's and having day dreams of owning one.. im in no position to have £20k in my back pocket, but do main dealers offer attractive finances to purchase one? What made you guys part with your hard earn cash? a good salary or just pure saving from a normal wage? to own a 5.0 v8 is been a big dream and to be part of this exclusive league... i am 35 next month and im having a pre mid life crisis and thinking life is about risk and also enjoyment...a car, especially a Lexus says alot about you, even more so when its a ISF

I had the exact same issue last month but my coolant looked low, possible leak..but after topping it up a litre it's back to being warm again. You could possibly have a jammed theomstat..

will fit straight on...very slight rub on full turn if that

no really major issues with rubbing on 19's only really on full lock, otherwise spot on.. yeah wheels were done at Speedys Leicester and couldn't fault them at all...worth the price and also give you free loan wheels whilst your are off getting done

For my 19's I paid £200 for a complete wheel refub and colour

how can you tell they wrong way round? I did say to the company when they got refub that each wheel will have a marking on them to tell which side they go on

Hey guys been ages since I posted, but as I got my ISF wheels refub'd in a slightly custom colour, I wanted to show you all...needed to get them done as kerbed them on all wheels and getting the perfect colour was difficult as Lexus would charge ££££££.. bought some centre caps to match too... let me know what you lot think

thanks for your reply. I checked all that, and everything was working and voice direction was on I deleted all my personal data and whole 'history' on my satnav and hey pesto, it seems to be working fine now

hey guys having an issue with the built in satnav in my is250 06' once ive entered my postcode etc for destination, im not getting route guidance, woman isn't speaking of where to go or turn, and only visual map of my end destination. Ive got the volume up, but just no voice commands?? anyone?! thanks!

they will go straight on, slightly rub over speed bumps and full turn, but other than that they are fine. tyres will vary from £450 - ££££

hey guys Looking at getting my calipers painted, not keen on doing them myself, so does anyone know of any decent garages/bodyshops around Leicestershire? Any of you guys got pictures of your calipers painted...undecided on colour to have on my Bechin Slate colour IS250..nothing to lairy!! cheers

As fob works via trasmitting/radio signals you may have a few problems if your in an area where there is heavy signal...i.e mobile signal mass, digital doorbells etc..nothing you can do but just use the key to close/open door and use fob as near as possible to stop/start button to turn on

somehow the pic makes the wheels look tiny!! drive is slightly different

Well done! Absolute bargain. i was quite dubious to why no one gave him a serious offer..but checked all wheels, all refubbed, and not inside/inner damage at all. chucked some tyres on them and onto my is250...will have to put some pics up...great wheels, but most importantly keeps the look OEM

has anyone actually done the conversion from 06' halogen headlight to 11'/12' LED DRL in the u.k? i know many have attempted it in the U.S, but wanted so check a few things before i attempt it myself soon..

I'm currently in the process of new wheels too...also have the stock 17s, but find them swallowed in the arches and need bigger rims.. check the american forum for lexus where there is plently of pics or aftermarket rims on IS250's... depending on how deep your pockets are, Vossen wheels look fantastic Paz

Im also having the same problem.....but my steering also feels very light, even a bump on the road and the steering wheel wobbles...steering rack issue maybe? i dont know... but im defo getting tracking done, hopefully with WIM.... let us know how you get on

Can anyone reccomend some h.i.d lights for my is250 please... i know alot of kits on ebay will give me errors if they not Canbus error free..but ive heard stories where some have experierened problems after fitment. also whether to go for 4300k or 6000k?? as anyone got any pics of their setup please....? also any links to ebay etc to buy from if anyone can reccomend.

there are interference from other radio signals...doesnt matter if its a IS220 or IS250.. my key works but if i park in a certain area near to a friends, then it wont detect the key...due to any radio wave brand frequency
