Hi, My handbrake cable snapped few days ago, it snapped where the handbrake lever, where you can adjust it. Went to the moto shop, and asked them to order the parts, and I said I wanted the first piece where the level is, there said there is no front section just the two from the wheels, this was double checked with two suppliers. Well I got the cables, but are just the cables leading from the wheels to the front, but not the cable which goes into the lever which I need, spoke to the shop and he said to get garage to check it out, and get the old cable out, i even showed him the snapped peice which I managed to get out from the lever. what do you think? there saying there is no front peice, anyone with experiance with this? thanks

Hi, Just spotted that old thread when DJ Wozza was stuck for a Vista cd. Something which I've learnt, and some of you maybe aware, but the some who would benefit If you have a CD/DVD which is playing up, auido cd skipping due to sctraches, or a software cd/dvd which does not work, similar to DJ Wozza's case. All you have to do to fix it, is create a direct copy on to a blank one. This restores anyproblems, fair enough it may not be the original but does the job. I did this for my XP recovery cd which went currpt due to damage, and majorty of my music album, with the amount of sctraches on those. Saj

agreed, firstly try your best to get in contact with 24/7 keeping any evidence of attempted contact, and then just threaten them with trading standards.

Hi, Right I've been using Gunk Ultra on the trim to remove the black marks, which has been ideal, as I have not found anthing yet which does an effective job. However, overspray has ended up on the leather, causing that spot of spray on the leather to loose it color, well to be honest it cleaned it. I dont want to use it on the leather, and end up loosing all its color, what can be recommended in order to restore the color. trust me its a mess will get pics soon.

Hi, Well finaly got round to putting the new pads in, only to find the pistons are jammed and ceased up, meaning needing a new caliper, But wihtouht pats is this causing damage to the disc? My motor local shop has ordered one and will let me know on monday. but worried that its going to damage the disc. any advise welcome

i've just got a two button key today programmed with the locks and immob. and cutted, so will test that out, and see if the light comes on, got a feeling that it will, cause you got to use the master in order to programme it.

Hi, is there any walkthrough out there with pictures, for fitting rear brake pads? I've searched all over including google (alot of links appear for this site) but no luck with one with images ! When you put the key into the ignition, does the security light immediately turn off ? Or does it come on/stay on briefly before going off ? OK Ive just checked! This is what happens! When I open the door the security light is flashing (slowly) then when I put in the key the security light will stay on for maybe half a second? does it then come off immeditaly? got a feeling thats a spare key, not the master, as mine as soon as you put it in comes off immedialtly
