  1. Sorry dude, can u take my name off the list.. I will be on holiday for the next few months.. Sorry!
  2. Ordered and received 2 PIAA xtreme white bulbs, gonna put them in tomorrow. Bigup to ***** ****** (Kevin) who gave the discount but more importantly gave a very responsive service.. Will comment on how bright and white they are tomorrow! :D Just hope I don't knock them while I'm putting them in! Thanks for the help (earlier in the thread Zee and Brettster). No probs with the help mate - just edited out the supplier name as its a GOLD discount....
  3. Ah well.. Isn't there any place online to get authentic is200 mats?
  4. Are those IS200 mats available on eBay pretty much the same as the IS200 mats I could buy from a dealer for my Sport? If so then that's a pretty big saving, bit too good to be true.. :o hehe
  5. Okay cool! Last question, where online can I purchase PIAA Xtreme Whites? Can't seem to find them on powerbulbs.com
  6. Do I just follow the workshop guide? It doesn't mention how to change the bulbs, so I assume at the end of the workshop guide it's straight forward? Thanks
  7. Does any one know if an official Lexus dealer would order and fit in bluevision bulbs?
  8. Thanks Colin, top advice from a top barber.
  9. Wear and tear after 2 months of no driving?? (it sat in my front drive pretty much the entire time!) Under warranty they will try it on with a reconditioned clutch maybe.. I'll offer to pay some amount towards a new clutch.. just hope it works out for me as it did for you Sanj :D
  10. Sanj, I'm gonna get my clutch replaced (well want to).. my 2nd and 3rd are poor. How much did they charge? Just so I have some point of reference. Thanks! ps. Car is still under warranty, I will try to get them to cut the price down by a substantial amount, especially seeing as I've only had the car 2 months.
  11. I bet you it's made of 10x stronger stuff... No more cruddy alloys and paintwork, no more naff clutch and gears etc.. Be patient I guess B)
  12. can't chipsaway fix problems with ur dash?
  13. A very good reason to avoid them all together.
  14. Alas, us ordinary folk don't have a clue.. Tell us some good uprated clutches! I assume you can ask a garage to order the part and put it in for you?
  15. It was two very young men posing as they drove by. It's so good to see the youth of today working so hard... So hard they can afford brand new Porsche Jeeps
  16. Saw a Porsche Cayenne jeep with crazy rotating wheel covers! I've never seen these before, they caught every single person's attention along the road I work on in central London. They initially look very glistening and shiny.. http://www.hubcaphaven.com/hubcaps_plus2.htm Dunno how long the novelty factor will last. Just hope I never see an IS200 with these on that's all Hehe
  17. I finished my calipers this weekend gone. Black foliatec kit, Halfords spray on laquer and chrome stickers. To mask the car appropriately while spraying on the laquer, I wedged a plastic bag underneath the caliper, one on top of it, and about 3 around the arch.. overlapping to the outside surface of the car. Used masking tape to cover up the metal parts of the caliper. The whole lot was a doddle, and I am a complete newbie to the car scene. Spray on laquer is fine just try it and see. I am ultra careful about my car. I do not recommend foliatec though, they provide you with a can of cleaning spray, a can of hardner and a can of paint. You mix the hardner with the paint and apply the mixture to the calipers. Only problem is unless you constantly mix it throughout doing all 4 calipers, the mix will go nasty and hard. I did 2 calipers a day, had to measure out the right amounts which is a little tricky. You can use white spirit instead of the cleaning spray. They're not cheap either. Stick with Hammerite smooth. I love my calipers now though :zee: Thanks Steve!
  18. Don't buy ultra cheap CDRs, they are usually thick. Also burn the audio data as low a speed as possible, that puts less strain on the laser. I burn mine at 1X. Verbatim CDRs are rock solid, you cannot get better.
  19. They didn't valet my car even after I bought it from them :tsktsk: ers
  20. Hey the box in my glove compartment which says 'locking wheel nuts' on it contains a plastic plunger thingy, a wheet nut key thingy and 4 normal nuts, not locking nuts. Now unless I'm confused, locking nuts require a key right? So I have been given 4 normal nuts instead of locking nuts... right??
  21. You didn't mention what colour you were looking for Have a look at these Black http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...egory=9886&rd=1 Beige http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...egory=9886&rd=1 Hey are those the same mats you would get if you bought them from a lexus dealer? I can't see Lexus written on the mats anywhere..
