  1. Depending on the model you might find it here....... https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/info/my-lexus/resources/owners-manual-search.do
  2. I don't intend to swap between a Mk III and IV. I just want to replace UK-spec HID headlamps with EU-spec lights on a British Mk IV. I thought the HID headlamps were an option for the 1999 V Mark IV (at least in the US, they were standard in Canada). Was it standard for the UK? Lexus France gave me a quote for normal lights and for HID lights. I thus expected the wiring to be the same, with the possibility to install either ones. HID headlamps are 4 times more expensive than the normal lights, which tends to make me think that they include the ballast. ACLex thinks this is indeed the case. Just out of curiosity, how much have Lexus France quoted for the lights and do you have the part numbers? By the way, the ballasts are indicated by part numbers 81107 and 81108 and everything marked in that box is included with the headlight. Andy
  3. The ballasts are integral to the light as you can see here...... As for the normal lights I am not sure as they are not shown :(
  4. We use Pristine Wheels for refurbishing and they do a good job and not expensive either :) Their number is 01908 282628, just give them a call for a quote. Andy
  5. I am currently running a 99 E300td but really want to replace it with an LS400 or GS430 (makes sense as I work for Lexus :) ) The Merc is lovely to drive but has had some issues whilst owning it but I dont think I will regret changing it for either of the Lexus models. :winky:
  6. Have you tried putting it into neutral and turning it off? Just a thought :) might work, might not.
  7. That can only be described as.............
  8. Hi Modman re the mats, what colour is your interior? :) Andy
  9. This is the part number for a replacement service book and it will say REPLACEMENT or COPY on it. GBNGB-059GE-WS Hope this helps :)
  10. You would have to push the break light to the left and then carefully pull it up. Cool, :) I stand corrected. Always nice to learn something new ;)
  11. This might be of some help.......... http://www.onesuffolk.co.uk/Businesses/remotekeyservices/whatwedo/ and they mention an IS200 :)
  12. I am pretty sure it is similar to the IS200 lamp but dont quote me :) I think you need to drop the parcel shelf trim inside the boot to reveal a twist socket but if I am wrong, please let me know as I have not done one.
  13. That Ebay one is just a sheet of mesh that you will have to cut and shape :(
  14. PM,d this to you as well. The grilles are available seperately but they are not cheap :( PZ439-C0430-03 Grille, LH £18.01 + vat PZ439-C0430-02 Grille, RH £18.01 + vat PZ439-C0430-01 Lower center grille £32.41 + vat PZ439-C0430-05 Upper grille front bumper £23.48 + vat 75431-50030 Lexus grille emblem £16.22 + vat Hope this helps. 15. Did you not get the PM reply I sent you?
  16. Thanks for this great reply, but please doyou know which dealer in Birmingham. £120 if its real is a bargain. The previous owner of the car has not sent the keys. I have not sent the keys to auctioneers despite numerous contacts. I am thinking of driving up to York and asking directly. i am awaiting the logbook from DVLA The price for the new key should be pretty much the same from any Lexus dealer but unfortunatley you would still need either a new ECU or the 3 button key remote and ecu from a breakers yard to get the car going as the new key does not come preprogrammed.
  17. cheers tony i've askd them they say they don't do them no more pretty annoyed really. I have checked this part number and it is showing as available stock at £209.52 + VAT. Hope this helps :)
  18. This is the part number listed on the Lexus accessory site for 03 on IS200 PZ439-C1721-00. Priced at £134.07 + VAT retail, quoted as Lowers the vehicle by up to 30mm and stiffens the ride. I presume these are TTE but not sure but stock is showing as in UK and available :)

  20. If you let me have some vehicle details and which clip you are after I can price it for you as they are available seperately. :)
  21. Yes, that is the correct part for your car as it covers IS200 from 99-05 ansd I can also do them at the same price if anybody else needs them. :)
  22. Can you please post the full contents of this letter so we can all see exactly what it says as there is no recall for any UK Lexus models concerning the accelerator pedal, ( which is a mechanical mod, not software mod, on the affected UK Toyota cars). Any update on this?
