  4. the product looks very easy to use altho if any of you thinks this is a bit too expensive, try meguiar's plastX + some elbow grease, it works like a treat too. some say you can clean it with toothpaste but it doesnt last very long because of the lack of protection layer.
  5. sorry ormi but i think green is going to replace white to be the new 'cool' colour, e.g. new press photos ford focus RS Mazda 2 Ford Fiesta Lambo Murceilago yes you have guessed it right, i have a kensington green IS :)
  6. i use them injector cleaner and fuel system cleaner every 6 months, just for the peace of mind. forte is the brand you should use, you can only get them from internet as they are 'trade use' only :winky:
  7. glad you got it sorted. i wonder why would happen if you give that 60 pounds.... will you go back there again? :P
  8. try the breaking listings on ebay
  9. i wouldnt worry about it mate, surely the photo will have the ambulance with flashing lights on, what kind of motorist would speed behind a flashing light ambulance? even if anything comes through just argue your case pal ;)
  10. yeah because of the lexus badge i suppose. i personally think it might make a difference if you turn up and ask face to face, so they know you are actually interested and not just calling around to get quotes.
  11. Hi Jason, I am not currently on the list but would like to take 1 x TRD XE_01 Manual if no one wants them. pm me your paypal if that's okay. Thanks a lot mate! Toni
  12. sorry to hear this mate. a couple of my friends were in the same situation before. im pretty sure their first reply would be 'no, we cant help you', but you got to keep hassling them, eventually they would give in - result. good luck!
  13. i had that exact voltage stabiliser (10 pounds brand new from ebay 3 years ago!) in my old R reg mazda, because the idle was not stable after induction kit had been installed. i would say it only works on old cars with dodgy old wires, but like you said nice blue box to add into the engine bay anyway!

  16. here you go mate P0135 O2Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank #1 Sensor #1)
  17. just want to share some experience about KYB shocks, had them on my old 323F BA, they are ace. in fact everyone in the mazda club uses them (or Eibach for the posher ones lol). buypartsby is the cheapest place i have come across, i did try to negotiate a group buy discount before but the guy was having none of it. some experience about shocks: all shocks normally are only meant to last for 10 years/90,000 miles, they are wear and tear parts of the car. i wouldnt be surprised if it was the shocks that makes the knocking noise (which sounds like it was from what everyone is saying) probably worth changing the springs too, as they tend to have more or less the same life expectancy as the shocks.
  18. might worth getting a respray? about 30-40 ish pounds? probably more or less the same as getting a second hand one plus postage. just a thought
  19. im an ex-mazda owner - 4 years of trouble free motoring - would have kept it if wasn't for the (stupid) scrappage scheme
  20. does the seller say the item is already primed? does it feel smoothed? no harm to sand it once again and apply a few coats of primer before spraying. any tiny holes for screw fixings on the splitter? i would use screws, just in case you want to break the car later at some point or you want to change another splitter after a while :winky:
  21. i was thinking about one myself a week ago. got quoted from the same seller 120 pounds for spraying to kensington green. went down to my locally trusted bodyshop, the guy said he had fitted a number of replica kits off the internet, they are usually a nightmare to fit, not really worth getting it in his opinion. hope someone who has bought this replica can share his/her experience!
