  6. Hi all, I have just bought a set of these THESE for my LS. I had bought some previously for my Chrysler Grand Voyager and like the way the work. If anyone is around Reading on Fri/Sat and wants to offer some help, please feel free to do so :) It was easy getting the wires where they need to go on a Chrysler but I think the Lexus will be better made and I may struggle to get the wires through. Thanks Mike

  10. Hi Kwai, Welcome to LOC. With regards to the mirror, send "ACLex" a PM. He is the parts manager at a Lexus dealer. Mike
  11. Yeah, let's see how his Ford, I mean Jag, is when it has the 213k on the clock that my LS has!!!
  12. Today, as the weather was nice, I decided to have a proper look at this. I got my meter out and checked the front sensor for continuity, there was none. I inspected the end of the sensor and saw what, I'm hoping you can see in the images below. It looks like the side of the sensor has worn. If you look, you can see that the sensor has a fat side and a flush side. I think the person the fitted the pads must have fitted the sensor the wrong way round. I cut the end off, shorted the wires together and hey presto, no more "brake wear". After 7 months of this flashing on the dash, when I finally got round to looking at it properly, it took about 30mins from start to finish, and that included jacking the rear of the car up too to replace that sensor. Thanks for all your advice. Mike
  13. Hi mate. Welcome to the forum. What year is the 430? Mike
  14. Stew, First of all, welcome to LOC! Well done on that mate. Looks nice. I have actually been thinking about getting a GS myself as I think they look nice. There is one that drives around near where I live that looks GREAT. I'm trying to work out why it looks so good, but I think it just......is? Mike

  17. Hi mate, Welcome to LOC. I went Gold after my '98 LS failed the MOT and needed some money spent on it. Unfortunately, I bought the parts, got the car through the MOT and then joined. DOH! Mike
