    Why not? I used to do test drive sundays when cosworths came out, couldnt afford one but test drives were free.Only time i ever got to drive the one i wanted...a magenta red 4x4 sapphire cosworth with full leather. Could be time to visit lexus.Re-live my youth.

    hello mate. please where can i get the corner spats fitted in the picture They come up on e-bay every now and again but they are rare, some lexus dealers still have them BUT they are around £400.

    They were ok when i was younger, used to go 1.5 miles to pub and then home again.. slightly wobbly admittedly, but never fell due to extra pair of legs LOL>

    LOL at Ray....I had a motorcycle accident some years ago, just about lost the leg but they managed to save it, broke it in 8 places and lost muscle and skin, after 6mnths in hospital and 2 yrs off work all was ok, ish Fast forward to 7 yrs ago and had problems with bones again,so far ive had knee done 4 times and just had ankle fusion surgery. Keep telling them to take it off but they wont listen.

    After spending most of last year in casts and plenty of operations on knee and ankle, have final pot off today. Never thought id look forward to using a walking stick but cant wait to park up the crutches...LOL

    Had a vectra last year never again, before last winter it was spotless, spring came and it had rusted on wings round indicators, bottom of 2 doors and both rear wheel arches..vauxhall you can keep em.

    Thanks for all input, im going to start with battery as looks like the original battery, so should think its about ready, also theres one of them aftermarket raisin voltage regulator things on car, will remove that as well.

    Ive bought one of the turboguage thingies like on the bay, gives loads of engine info and accurate mpg also clears and gives fault codes, its good enough for me. Ill try battery first Chris, at least ive got another car for bits if its anything else.... :hocus-pokus: thanks again.

    I have a 2001 model lexus is200, 2 wks ago had trc off and engine light flashing, wife took it to local garage and they found error codes. . ..p1349 vvt system malfunction bank 1 c1241 low battery positive c1223 malfunction abs control system they cleared them and for 2 wks its been okay but they came back yesterday. first one ive read can be cured by cleaning oil control valve, but could anybody help with the other 2 please.
