It connects to the headunit and another wire that runs to the boot where to drive is. If the looms not there someone has fitted it and done a half job. Is the remote and disc drive present? Regarding the screen seen em on ebsy numorous time. Alternative get a 4.3" tontom in place or if you have the wider screen 7" i believe

I know im a bit late on this but being a computer guy every drive ive ever seen has a manual eject you use a pin with. Its standard hard to see it though. Glad its fixed. Im actually a fan of the interface, yes its a bummer it doesn't have post code entry but its once its setup its very clear

Ive just got my US licence and ive been looking at getting a car and always had my heart set on a V8 american car of some kind but i keep finding myself looking at IS300s! I just loved my IS200 so much, everything about it was awesome. What shall i do?

Its definitely normal for somewhat of a delay but it shouldnt be more than half a second to a second ide say. Post a video and ill tell you. you can also look at youtube for IS200 Auto acceleration etc. theres plenty.

There is always a slight delay. thats why there called slushboxes. The 4 speed box in the 200 is better than average but still not great

Well the ways things are going are like this. Me and my wife have agreed on this and she is going to be getting a car of her choice on finance first. Shes is looking at a Mini Cooper S automatic. and if you dont know anything about the auto box in the MINI dont dis! they are amazing and fun as anything I however am excited to get a old American classic for cheap with a big V8. doesnt take much to satisfy me! ide much rather drive a old something than a new box on wheels. i will keep you updated. So no Lexus is in the picture atm sorry to say, but depending how reliable the oldie is might need a practical runaround. shame Lexus cost so much over here. A IS300 would be ideal. looking at Dodge Ram or Jeep Grand or similar though. Getting a collection of motor pictures together, some Lexus/Toyota related some just awesome muscle cars etc. will start a new thread when i got a good few together. at Stuarts request btw!

Cheaper than from the dealer though. I tgink thwy quoted me £6 per bulb! but not as cheap as putting a diode original wedge housing granted

You can buy the bulbs on ebay. There called neo wedge T3 for pwr/snow. They are led but found it slightly dimmer than the original bulb
