Thing I've noticed with Optimax is that you use more fuel than if I use BP ultimate

So would you say BP utimate is just as good as Optimax for performance then?

Bit nervous about resetting the ecu, is it really easy just to remove the 2 fuses? Does the car have to learn anything new (sorry I'm not a mechanic!) - things like the remote / immobilizer etc...

If it doesn't then I'll give it a go...

Just read in the knowledgebase about resetting the ECU when change the octane on fuel...just curious - has anybody actually done this and noticed a marked (I mean marked) and not psychological difference in the performance of their IS200?

If it does then I'm gonna do it, 'cos to be honest sometimes the extra power would be nice - dont wanna s/c will wait for the new 2006 model, but in the meantime....just want a quick fix.

I kinda agree with you, I had an 04 earlier on in the year and wasn't sure about the changes but I guess it's all progress.

I think the only thing I like about the current IS over mine is the HID's as I really think the main beams are :yack:

If it is the new IS then why hasn't it got headlamp washers for HID's??? I hope they sort out the light problem in the replacement!

What's so important about autolevelling, if say I'm in the car on my own most of the time can I set the autolevelling manually and is that sufficient?

And what happens if the police stop you?

Kremmen, I forgot to add that I too have had a Citroen C5 loan car from work 2 years ago, really funny thing happened with the suspension one night when I got home. It wouldn't drop the suspension from a hill climb and parked up it looked like a silvercross pram!!!
