hhmm what can i say, if you wanted a kit i you could of made one for less than £50

I will put a vid up tomorrow of how she is now, :winky: Well as for geting her back on the road, i would say 3 to 4 weeks as i still have some items to get, + the cost :) yea i will do as soon as i have had some work done on it, it will be about a week before its on there. :winky:

I have just come in from working on the car, as you guys know i got her started but as soon as i let go of the key she would cut out, well when i started this swap some time ago, i cut all the plugs from the ECU but i did make a note of where all the wires went, but i lost it some time ago, well when i started the wireing, i had the wifes IS there to help me find out where all the wires went, so i got on with it, but with doing so i over looked 2 wires and they have been siting there all this time, the wires are 2 B-W wires comeing from the inside of the car and they go from the IGSW to a plug called the Neutral start sw, once i had connected them to the right place on the LS400 ECU the car started 1st time. Well what can i say, she sounds like a dragster ......as i dont have the turbo on the car, ooooo not long now, how fing happy am i well, over the moon lol

UPDATE!!! Well i had alook at her over the weekend, and i had her running but as soon as i let go of the key the engine dies! i think im not get a 12v when the key clicks back once she starts and thats why she cuts out hhmmm, im of out there now to have alook, im sure its 1 of 2 things i think it comes down the the fuel pump or the INGSW i think its the fuel pump, be back later to let you know how i got on......

had the car all most running today, turned it over and it wantted to strat but never did, just have to see whats up, knowing me i have crossed a wire somewhere, i would say the wireing is all most there, 1 or 2 things i have to look over, i will keep you lot posted :winky:

Thanks guys, yea i have been thinking about the japshow, and i think i will have to give it a miss, not saying the car will not be done but i still have to get her MOT & TAX and Ins as well, and its just abit to much to lay out this month, so ill have to give it a miss, but once its done and up & running 110% i pop up the ACE cafe :winky: with her.

UPDATE!!!!! I guys, just to let you lot know i started the wireing over the weekend, it was one of them jobs i had put off for along time, as i was unsure of what i was doing, but with puting it of it give me time to get the info i needed & ask Q,s, about wireing the IS, so over the weekend i had alook at the wireing, and come the end of today, i had her turning over by 8pm , with that done i know she would not start as there is no fuel in here , and theres still 1 or 2 things i have to check, but im hopeing to have her started up within the next 2 to 3 days once i have done all the checks. so happy days here we come I have also done more work on her, i will post some pic,s up in a day or 2 :winky:

Hi mate, lets put it this way, what ever you can do to cool the engine down in any way is good, and + where you are i would say yes get one fitted :)

Hi mate, its ok now, the light on the dash was to tell me one of my tail lights was out, did not know what it was as i never had one go in my lexus in all the years i have had it lol, thanks any way....

Hi guys i went out in the wifes IS today, i had a light come on on the dash the one next to the battery light, can any one tell me what this light is for, as i have looked every where can not seem to find out what its for?? so there for i dont no whats up with the car,

it should be around the 420/450 at the wheels, but as im useing the the LS400 autobox, i dont know how much power they can take, but for now ill be happy just to get the car up and running :) right back to the Isupra that this post is for, sorry for takeing it away mate, i have some Q,s for you mate, about your Is ill PM u ok

UPDATE!! Over the past 2/3 weeks not had much time to work on the IS but i did get some bits done on it, 1 of the big jobs still to do was get the propshaft made up, took this to a place called JE, Engineering and 2 days later i get a call its all done WOW fast, top guys they are that did it, well here are some pic,s I also refitted the oil cooler in a better place, it was under the drivers light, but now its at the front and it sits ontop of the intercooler, where it use to sit i will put the gerbox oil/cooler there. and at long last the ATL in place now, and the Rad/Fan Next big jub to do is the wireing..... once this is done i can then try and start her up for the 1st time
