yes m8 the car is back... there is a thread in general and update in gold.. Think i will go black as my other one was fine... its the actual surround that keeps chipping no matter how much paint and laquer i seen to use it still chips.. i may redo the frame and see if i can put some kind of film on it... craig

decided to change my mesh again... bought some finer mesh ..just not sure if i should spray it black like the old one or keep it silver... what do you think?????? heres a pic

re-spray them all thats what i say... just dont do it in the bathroom..lol but if its just a touch up.. the pens are the best.. -
well guys and girls after such a long time my baby is back with me and purrrrring like a kitten... it feels so nice to be driving again... and its thanks to those good big hearted goldmembers out there..THANKS The car needs a damn good wash as its covered in dust ... i left the invoice at work today but i will scan it and post it in the gold members section... craig.. now got to rush out and do some computer work.. back in a while...

if you lose you keys are you able to claim on the car insurance.. as I ONLY have 1 key and was wondering what would happen if i lost it.. bearing in mind my recent repair bill comming i dont want to spends ££££ getting spare keys.. craig

I had already done most of it so no point in doing step by step... I am not the best model maker in the world..lol the clear plastic light covers went milky due to the glue so i ended up painting the chrome...

I must admit we had a nokia mediamaster that keep crashing in the end it stayed like it and just would not work .. thats why we got this one... then a little while later top up tv came out.. can you remember which box they have.. as we found like you say the nokia seemed slow but we put it down to the fact that we did not have a digi arial at the time (which we now have) the pic was kind of jerky sound o.k but pic a sec or so behind.. craig

not got that problem lol the wrx spoiler i put on had one in it... but as mudz said you can see his o.k underneath the spoiler through the window.. craig

Has anybody got or know where i can get a cheap digital box from.. must have the card reader slot as kids want top up tv for the cartoon network and i would like the discovery channel.. does not matter if its an old refurb one.. have looked on ebay but they are to expensive.. I have got a near new grundig one that is in perfect condition only 4 mths old.. but no card slot is anybody willing to swap.??? craig

well at least these wheels wont break it..lol had a mare with the spraying.. the laquer for some reason went slightly milky so tried to lightly dust over top with green and it when oh so wrong.. had to re strip the bonnet and respray.. looks o.k now though... got to wait for it to dry then i can do the rest to finnish the car.. at least its given me something to do on a wet day

well the link to the model that mudz put up came in handy.. my dear other half got it for me for my birthday.. it has now arrived and i thought i would take a piccy before puttin it together.. the body shell has now been primed and sprayed the same colour as my car.. woohhoo i got the spray can out again..lol

not something i have done but after seeing my car in the garage having work done on it.. it looks like top and bottom hose off ..all the fan casing and fan disconnect expansion tank hose then all the bolts from the mounting brackets.. there will be some wiring to disconnet from fan as well.. craig

After 3 years of brake dust eating into the paint,cleaning made very little diffrence,as we all know you only clean the outside of the wheel but its the inside the suffers, so a respray ( inside only ) was the only way to go. As for what brand you can fit to stop the brake dust, i can only speak for the Blueprint-ADL ones, they are very good :) . see... www.blueprint-adl.co.uk a man after my own heart..lol spraying is good spraying is fun... good job my man.. you cant beat a can of spray in ya hand.. well actually you can but i wont go into that on here..lol craig

i got loads of books myself.. lol most of them i only got half way through .. better start them again

yeah not to bad.. but then there is shipping and duty which come to about the same as over here.. we bought his other one second hand for £40 about year and a bit ago..

lol.. why that means work.. my main job involves lots of stressfull problem solving and dealing with customers face to face to sort out any complaints they have,, and thats just a tiny part of my main job as assistant manager...
