I think you will find that it is more to do with the angle the beam is directed I.e over here our ofside light shines higher and lights up more to the left.. i.e hedge. . so I.e in france had you not put on the strips you would blind on comming drivers..

sounds like air lock.. when you top up the rad have the engine running and see what happens.. should fill the bubbles will come up and water go down ..keep doing this until water stays up .. although if you have found a leak then it will still go down anyway... craig -

So sorry to hear that mate.. the b....... want shooting your car had to be one the nicest i have seen.. is it a bad month for us mk1 owners or what.. is it going to have to be a whole door respray .. I know how you feel after somebody done the same around my front bumper after just a couple of weeks of me having the car.. craig

Iwould tend to agree with you on that one unless something really nasty happens but they dont happen that often and only if your really unlucky.. you will have your normal wear an tear to consider like tyres.. there has been a few threads on this as to which is the best .. what wears well and wheel alignment a few people have had problems but i think that was more on the older models.. craig

Obviously this is to supply replacement discs for your already licensed software otherwise it would be illegal. off course colin ... mine got engine oil on it.. never been the same since.....

not sure yet until the engine cylinder head has been taken off I have a guy who is going to take it apart and have a look...for £200 then whatever needs to be done on top of that so theres new gaskets £97 then maybe head skim or new head but not sure yet..then sticking it all back together lexus qouted me new gasket and new head if it is needed 2 grand...gulp.. craig there is a thread in the gs section.. well a few actually..lol

well he just called.. will collect the keys from me 8am tommorow from work then collect the car from home.. hopefully know the full extent of damage by weekend craig p.s i think i shall be bringing a fair amount of beers to jae for you lot..for all your help

o.k guys the upgate is.. I am waiting for a call from a guy thats is doing my dad a favour by loading my car onto a low loader car trailer and taking it to the guy that has worked on our familys cars over the years has just told my dad that he is just finnishing doing a toyota supra with the same problem and he can get to work on mine shortly..he is going to charge £200 labour to take it apart then however much on top to put it right..so fingers are crossed at the moment .. craig
