  1. Peugeot 106 Peugeot 306 Audi S3 Audi A4 1.8t Company Cars 😴 Lexus IS250 Lexus ISF
  2. I justified my ISF purchase to my other half by explaining that it's just a V8 which is like my current V6 (IS250 at the time) with just another 2. , I didn't feel it beneficial to disclose the size of the engine at the time. In addition, she borrowed it the other week (very rare) and got three points, moi still has none............ For now.
  3. I've been looking into various rallies to take part in, being a big fan of the Gumball Rally. There are a few out there I'm interested in......pure rally etc.. but would definitely be interested in a ISF tour
  4. Lexus ISF (daily driver) Nissan Skyline R34 V-spec (childhood dream car) Porsche or similar (for weekend fun)
  5. All joking aside, on the ISF Facebook forum, there is a guy (in America) who uses his ISF as a part time taxi, giving rides using Uber. Wtf!
  6. I have used them before and they're competitive. My requirements were far from standard, driving my car back from Ireland
  7. This sounds like a good idea, this looks a bit cheaper than my gap insurance which was about £100 for a 2 year policy. Adrian Flux weren't an option for me at the time, twice as expensive as Admiral.
  8. Haven't seen it, however, mine was from a LOC member in Ireland at about the same time. There was a silver ISF for sale at Lexus Belfast at the same time but that had been for sale for almost a year. Are you thinking of getting another ISF?
  9. At the end of the thread is a poll to decide the location. It will definitely not be all inclusive and certainly no Señoras or need for suncream.
  10. Excellent, I'm starting to think that if Lexus would just paint all their cars silver, they would see a spike in sales. 😉. Choice of the discerning owner.
  11. I'll post how my test piece comes out next to OEM, it will be a few weeks. If successful then we can always try a group buy. I'm 70% resigned to the fact if wont look quite right but fingers crossed.
  12. M-tec but funny enough I ordered some Alufibre from easycomposites which is a close weave pattern and sent M-tec the link. I think the trick will be mixing the right lacquer to match the oem. Might need the help of a paint shop to get that bit right.
  13. I've sent off to have a small test part knocked up with a company I found who can do the Alufibre skinning. I think the trick is in the top coat/lacquer which has a slight yellow hue with OEM. Once the part is back I will update further. My initial thoughts was to try and match the Alufibre, if not, leather it in black or ISF blue.
  14. Next couple of weeks I plan to sort the horrible plastic trim between the rear seats.
  15. Sorry yes and @Chuckie478 but any duplicates (silver) will need to agree to be vinyl wrapped on the way up to make up the colours of any no shows 😉
  16. So for the midlands ISF representation.... @Big Rat Silver, @emjay82 Grey, @Warrington guy White....... Maybe's..... @Flytvr Another Silver, @Mark G Blue, @Jgtcracer Red, @Rusty Crobar Black.
  17. Red didn't immediately appeal to me but I've heard it's stunning in the flesh and it's the rarest colour I totally agree that the ISF isn't photogenic.
  18. It's bloody awful here, having to keep reapplying the sun cream is a real chore.
  19. That makes two ISF owners in Lanzarote ☺. Congratulations on the purchase, great choice!
  20. The tracker only benefits the police and only useful as a deterrent if you plaster TRACKER FITTED all over the car. As soon as it's been pinched you wouldn't want it back anyway and would be recorded as such. Keep persevering and try Admiral.
