Manifolds are bottom up, subframe has to be removed and a full alignment is needed after, labour costs are 10hours to do.

Spotted an ISF on the way back from the mother in laws in Norfolk, A140 from Norwich to Ipswich……. Was nice to actually follow an F to see how stable and elegant they look 15 years on

A mate of mine has just sold his 2010 usb ISF to a garage (not Lexus) and got £25k cash without purchasing anything from them, I’d be phoning around as I think you’ll get more than u think and definitely more than Lexus would give you.

This will also mean it’s restricted to 112mph, the ISF is near on impossible to get the restriction removed as it’s built into the car……..not sure if the restrictor has ever been successfully removed tbh…….will still deliver the same 0-62 time, tbh it’s not like we’ve anywhere to do 168

Ring up Westfield motors in Rayleigh, essex, Ian or Chris (owners) Andre (one of their employees has an F) they’ve always looked after mine and there’s at least another two ISF’s they look after, only use genuine Lexus parts BUT they’re half the labour cost of Lexus and twice as good

Your taxation is pre 2001 rates as is my F, the emissions box wasn’t filled out, admin at DVLA didn’t pick up on it and a legal document was formed which is the logbook……. I was paying £230 when I first bought mine over 7 years ago, now it’s £24:50 a month (£295 a year)…. Just a fortunate cleric error… this is a huge factor in why I run a second car along side my F.

I very nearly changed the rear seat to one from as IS-250 to accommodate the dogs as I was struggling to part with my F……. I finally gave in and accepted another car to run in the form of a V50 2.4i auto petrol, short trips would of been ok in the F BUT we’ve a property in Spain and take the dogs with us and that was my decision maker…….the V50 is an old one BUT low miles and fsh so I can justify the cost as not loosing much on outlay…….. just petrol (when used) and about £45 a month in tax n insurance

The only option was the moonroof on U.K. cars, most US cars have the sunroof and they get excited about a solid roof, I think they had to pay extra for the Mark Levinson system which was standard equipment here, 2013 was the last year here in the U.K., (2014 in the states) Lexus South Woodford sold it as I was going to look at it, USB with white way back in 2014……. Was £38k with 300-ish miles on it, deposit taken over the phone, just wasn’t meant to be for me…….. often wonder if the cars on here.

Hi Dan, @Big Ratwas right (as always)……. Just got back from very sunny Vegas, the answer to your question is “yes”……. I’ve still got the original ones in my garage loft, I’ve got to photo them as there’s a guy in the US paying $1100 for them, I’ve also been asked to send photos to an English fella for a quote, they’re here at the moment BUT will be getting sold, if you do change them the scrap value is very good on these, you have to give the serial numbers of them and sign to say they’re yours to sell on, it’ll be a big chunk towards the cost of bespoke ones, if you want I’ll PM you my phone number as it will probably be easier to talk, all the best, PS I left Vegas $10 in credit 😂🤣
