    Umm no. I didn't realise I needed one. I thought I could just tether to my phone. Do I need one and how do I get one? Didn't even realise there was a router in the car.

    No route trace option. There is a save route option.

    Ok so another question. I connected the Infotainment to the in car hotspot and have a white wifi icon on the screen. I go to wifi, easy setup and try to connect my android phone. I can see the the hotspot and a pin code on the screen. My phone sees the hotspot and asks for a password. I enter the code I see on the screen but my phone tells me this is incorrect. Am I doing something wrong?

    Nahh they are sitting in their cars, drinking tea and eating doughnuts while they let the unruly thugs take control of the streets ... I suspect.

    Brilliant, thanks I will take a look. The dealer didn't supply me with a manual so I am left figuring things out myself.

    Ok, please can someone tell me why on the navigation do I have a purple and dotted white line. Is this a "most frequently used road" feature, or is my car spying on me, tracking my every movement? Can I turn this off or does it have a use? Also I still can't get the damn thing to show red, yellow or green colours for traffic on roads.

    Yep, I like the V6 that was an influencing factor in buying the car. The only time I will probably ever have a V6 and wanted to tick that off my car bucket list.

    OK so I noticed today, from cold my tyre pressure has dropped from 2.5/2.6 to 2.3/2.4. You think this is due to the colder weather?

    Was lucky to get a fairly new low mileage gen 4 RX in the spec I wanted. I am getting around 32-34 MPG but on short trips.

    In the winter they do lose more pressure than in the summer but I agree 0.2 bar is not going to impact it hugely. Maybe I should fit monster truck tyres to it 😀.

    I would have thought less pressure would increase resistance and more surface area of the tyre would be in contact with the ground causing more wear.

    I have been talking to a lot of suppliers about a range of brands and it seems that everyone is waiting until the end of October for supplies. Worst case I am going to have to go with the Bridgestones instead. Excellent in the wet, so so in the dry and average on snow and ice. I guess for that week of snow we get every year, they will do.

    No, I can't see myself ever doing 100mph either. Oh well, its good at 2.6 then I will keep it at that. Raises the question though if Lexus say you can put 18s on the car, then does that open up a wider range of tyres?

    I saw the CC2 now added to 235/55/20s on tyre reviews and I saw it listed on one of the resellers site. I can't remember which one. Maybe ATS and another.

    Ah ok thanks. I have 20 inch wheels on at 2.5/2.6 bar but that is the rating for 18". However it rides well. If I change my tyres over, should I be ok sticking to the same pressure. Iim guessing that if 3 0 is safe at high speeds it should be safe at lower speeds and having a bit less pressure in the tyres would be ok too.

    Just a quick one here. Inside the door is the tyre pressure guide. However its not clear. What is the difference between ~160km/h and 160km/h ~ I know one is over and one is under but which is which?

    I have started to see sites with CC2s in the 235/55/20 range being advertised. I think Michelin have finally got the hint.

    There is this big round button just below the steering wheel, it turns all the bongs off 😀

    not sure but my missus says 2 inches does I have 2.5/2.6 bar in mine and its good on summer tyres. Not tried with winters yet.

    Can you put these on there without issues? Doesn't it throw out the speedometer and the route calculations a bit?

    OK got the speed cameras working with the double chime. The NX had a double beep which I do prefer but the chime is somewhat suited to this car, more relaxed, more laid back. Thing is I can't now find where the setting is to turn it up a little.
