  1. As long as it's not a VAG would you like to share your choice?
  2. Hmm, not sure what is going on. I asked them now to explain the discrepancy
  3. I have just asked Toyota facebook page to clarify the range. Will keep you updated as this may affect RZ range media material
  4. You are sadly right about the bait and switch Lexus tactic ( was told August/September when ordered, then the order form suggested end of November which realistically means sometime next year), but I guess Yaris doesn't have the same number of CPU's , so is not affected as much by the global computer chip shortage. The good think though is that Lexus gives price guarantee. So - and considering inflation and price increases - by the time the car arrives, you will probably be able to sell it to we buy any car and make a profit - if so you wish that is .
  5. Good catch. I am afraid it may be marketing speak, ( for instance Nissan leaf says 239 miles but was originally advertised as max>300 under certain conditions/driving in town with 20MPH and something like that- I think they have now stopped this nonsense) if that is the case then : 1) that probably explains the supposedly new 250miles UX300e upgrade: There is probably no upgrade, just newspeak 2) bZ4x is still a better proposition than 300e 3) will those 250 RZ miles be real or newspeak? I am asking this because the AWD bZ4z says: Considering that Lexus RZ has same battery but is much faster, one can reach the conclusion that those 250miles will be the "Max" range and the real think will be advertised as 225 miles. We will see
  6. by the way, I think the Toyota offering with 317miles for the same price is a better option. It will be available at showrooms next month, you can book one for £99 - I have asked to see it as it will be very similar to the Lexus RZ
  7. May I suggest something? use webuyanycar, put number plates and mileage and see what happens. If webuyanycar gives more than what this guy asks for, there is most probably a problem - otherwise he would have used WBAC
  8. I would advise SleepyTiger extreme caution cause they may just change UK spec on paper, for the same battery/car otherwise.
  9. hhhmmm, found this one https://thedriven.io/model/lexus-ux300e/ says 400km range, that is 250 miles but it is Nov 2021 article? are they just changing the mileage?
  10. Fair enough and I learn something everyday but how on earth a 2.5 V6 is ULEZ exempt?
  11. Can't understand a thing but video speaks for itself. That 400Km somewhere in a table is probably the range ( that would be 250 miles)
  12. Happy to help! I wonder if Admins should open a new subforum where all members can post active Lexus offers from dealerships? Sounds like a win-win scenario, our little one carwow ( or Lexuswow? ) Admins?
  13. to start with, it is not ULEZ EXEMPT or 4 wheel drive. So I would be careful and doubt the accuracy of any information provided about this car, sounds like a scam
  14. you are welcome. I was also told ( not by Bolton Lexus, but from another dealership) that In July or August, Lexus will raise prices by 3%
  15. by the way, have noticed that too. One of the reasons I am not waiting for the next generation RX and would rather have the well tested one. I expect the RX to be my last petrol fueled car, it better last for more than a decade!
  16. just carwow it! I am allowed to say though that Bolotn Lexus gave me 13.2% discount last week on an RX Takumi - lexus discount included ( they've matched another dealership's carwow offer, that gave the same discount in every RX model / of notice, Lexus preston failed to match it although it gave a reasonable discount ) I have asked the salesperson if I am allowed to tell others about the discount (having in mind the good people in this forum) and he said yes. Please also note that RX has just 2.9% PCP rate, while NX has 4.9% and used cars have 9.9%
  17. may I please ask if you are considering cash buying or pcp? at the moment there are some amazing PCP RX offers - as the model is about to change - that is very much worth exploring vehicle wise, I think RX is the more desirable car - subject to personal circumstances obvioulsy.
  18. there are no discounts for the new NX, would expect no discounts for the new UX either ( and also PCP interest rate may go up too) also the new one may arrive in 2023, considering the overall delays etc I would probably hold
