  1. Back in a healthy exercise and diet routine in the past month. I have always listened to 'heavier' music whilst working out. This has been a bit of a crutch in recent weeks through some tough times. Will not be most peoples taste, but it is such a hybrid and the last 1:30, without sounding crude, is s*x music 😅🤣
  2. I've held out on car insurance for a month because it saved me decent £££, to then immediately put that saving into the fuel tank 🤷‍♂️ but I felt like I had cheated the system 🤣
  3. Just a link to any potential interested parties. This is unfortunately not a joke 😞
  4. Our 67 plate NX got the upgrade, we paid for it (£80) outside purchasing the vehicle as we didn't buy it locally. We were booked in that same week and had no problems and made the very antiquated system useable again, however this was before the world had its successive meltdowns so that may explain your delays. The process is quite long so it had to be left for majority of the day and they had suggested doing it during a service, but that wasn't due for 9 months and the wife isn't that patient haha - maybe they cba with the labour time for £0 essentially. Agreed that the 'physical' is misleading, you already have that bit in the car (hence being able to upgrade) and not like we have wonderful advancements in technology to allow rapid communication. I would be one of those people who says 'I would like xyz done to the car as well (for a decent amount of money) and see if said back order magically resolves itself... 🤷‍♂️🤣
  5. That is annoying, I am really certain another owner had them replaced under warranty by Lexus, but name escapes me. I would check every nook and cranny of the internet for a solution before new lights, that will be an expensive piece. Maybe the car that got broken on ebay would be a cheaper option?
  6. @mr2lad may be able to advise? Unsure if he found an OEM one or went aftermarket, knowing him - aftermarket 😛
  7. We care about our cars so much we just clean them too intensively! 😆 The hydrochloric acid really does remove even the most stubborn of stains...
  8. Shhhh 😶😆 I'll have you know this is a bargain compared to one listed in the £60k range before 😛 🤣
  9. As long as any problems, should they ever arise not be attributed to the aftermarket parts, you'll be fine. i.e if you have a brake failure, that most likely wouldn't be caused by an aftermarket headunit! 😛
  10. Dw dude, happens to the best of us. I only knew because when I test drove the car, I put the acc on and said the 5mph increments were annoying and the sales guy told me the secret to regular cruise control, otherwise I too would have been none the wiser. It is in the manual and tbh the dual symbols on the stalk sorta make sense as to having two modes. Many happy 1mph increments and non acc miles to you! 😛
  11. You should be able to switch to non adaptive cruise control, turn it on and then hold the button in, if you look on your dash, the symbol should change and voila, regular cruise control and no 5mph increments!
  12. I've checked before, recall has been issued, just no letter for me 😞
  13. Must take longer for it to reach the south, nothing on my end 😛
  14. I think they even say they have a 200 mile bedding in period, dust was super noticeable for the reds but then yeah as above, calmed down.
  15. It be a no from me I'm afraid, got a wedding to attend!
  16. @tomRCFcarbon lets start buying them up and then we can manipulate the prices 😉 😆
  17. There was a black and a grey one up for sale by a private dealer (Signature Select), they fluctuated from £80k range down into low £60k's. They then appeared in Lexus dealerships and advertised in mid £70k's. So maybe they saw an opportunity to get them back cheap and then try a quick mark up turn around(probs didn't work). They can also go back into Lexus' own car pool, so maybe being enjoyed by a few 'higher ups' in the company or used in corporate events for certain clients? Possibilities are endless! 😛 Signature Select also had an LFA at one point (White with Orange/ Tan Hide), which then made its way to Lexus Stoke on Trent - so a possible B2B relationship there?
  18. Just waiting on a wedding date to be confirmed and then I can say yay or nay 🙂
  19. I have used EBC redstuff as the OEM dust and squeal were unbearable from the minute I owned it. They are 'OEM like' performance with no squeal and much less dust. Can't see there being a problem with the Yellow stuff just being a level up. There are others out there, which I'm sure others will recommend, guess it depends how fancy you want to get 😆.
