Ive done 2 trips to Cornwall from my house its around 356 miles. Ive brimmed the tank before setting off and when i get there i fill up straight away. I drive not excessively speed wise within the limits at all times.

No option to request a Lexus UX brochure by post

I got a hard copy brochure when i purchased my UX in Sept 20. I also requested a hard copy manual on handover. What i was given was good but no where as substantial as the online manual which goes to a few hundred pages. Yeah i prefera hardcopy but im afraid the way forward will be download i reckon online. -

Rayaan thats what i thought also a very strange comparision with the Audi. By the way Autogefuhl do excellent reviews with thorough testing. Wouldnt suprise me if Lexus get wind of this they will contact the programme.

Roger i never even thought of that , Yeah what if you were in an overtake move could be catastrophic. I think only 2 laps had been done by looks of it about to start third.

Hi Vlad yeah i thought a strange comparison very strange. I dont think the 300e will be designed for race speed like i said to Roger i reckon the engine management was incorpurated to be like this. Thus giving more miles ? so maybe not designed for fast race track driving ? be interesting like you say if any other members with the 300e comment.

I dont think there was a problem with reliability Roger the car didnt fail. It just wouldnt give more power when asked. Surely this must be an engine management thing Lexus have incorpurated into the 300e. Maybe one of our members will come on and confirm something to the likes ?

Anyone see the latest Fifth gear recharged programme. They had a run off test on the track between an Audi Q4 etron and the 300e. When the 300e was run they seemed to like the quietness and handling but when put under accelaration it lost power. So they put it in the so called pits took it out again and it failed again loss of power when asking for more accelaration. Wouldnt reccomend they said. Wonder if any of you saw this. I watched it again tonight think it was on Dmax channel earlier in week i thought it was on quest.

Has anyone downsized from an RX to a UX?

RX to UX a huge change . I think the demands and needs comes into question here. Good luck hope you make the right choice. -
