Remeber the excellent coverage on CH4 when England won the ashes good anaylisis etc. Blow medown following year it was on sky. BBC had a good coverage of F1 also horse racing.

I too have followed F1 for best part of near on 40 years. I could talk for hours about it. Currently i am in the Lewis camp i think he is the best driver F1 has ever had and so hope he wins the title this year. Gonna be tough but i think he will be thereabouts. Wondering what will happen to the sport in future regards net zero and all that. Finally i think the removing it from terrestial television is a big mistake likewise with cricket.

Agree Bernard many things that were engineered in F1 cars eventually made their way to our basic road cars that manufactures now make. The developement is incredible and ongoing. Stay safe everyone.

If you have them do you use them and how often. Would there be any advantage in using them. I had them in an Audi i had, rarely used them if at all that had a DSG gearbox where the UX is a CVT. Never used them in the UX should i be using them ? would i benefit if i did.

Well i finally got to use the lance and Bilt hamber foam. Firstly i did get a connection fitting off ebay to fit the lance it worked perfectly. The car was covered beautifully and completely with the foam got a smashing spray pattern. I thought it didnthold long enough maybe i was at fault and should have adjusted the control for more foam. i powerwashed it off and then used the 2 bucket technique with some auto glym i had. I have the BH auto wash which i shall use next time. Think i need to practice more with the foam adjustment on the lance but overhaul i thought my first attempt went ok.

I didnt take a service plan out opted to pay on day. Anyway on arrival met by friendly lady on reception who in turn got service assistant to see me gave him my key telling him i will wait while car is done. Lady asked would i like a coffee. Got the drink and sat down to be continually asked if i was ok and would i like another drink biscuit etc. Had a chat with the manager who always is around. Service manager came when car was done had a good chat. Got to say all good at Lexus Hull very friendly staff each and every one of them thank you. Ooooh no issues with the UX.

Alarm Keeps Going Off, Early Hours Of The Morning.

I recently had the same problem with my UX. It was a moth. Sleep by day fly by night. I dont know ifyour IS has the same internal alarm sensors as the UX but there is a switch to turn them off if required. -
