  1. I contacted Michelin Customer services about which to fit - either Cross Climate 2 or Cross Climate SUV - to my 2013 Rx450h They advised the SUV tyre. I have ordered from Formula one auto who are doing special deals on Michelin at the moment. Also Michelin are giving £100 refund on 4 tyres up to end of November.

  3. Ditto. Had my Rx serviced and MOT'd plus new front brake Discs and pads at Lexus Derby, but not recorded on Service History.
  4. Like Barry14uk I suffered the same fate yesterday at Lexus Derby. No Goldcard discount on 8 year service or on cost of new front brake discs and pads. Was not informed of this development until settling the invoice. It was explained that that with the new Relax program the dealer has to contribute £30 on each service to the Relax scheme so that leaves them with less to play with in offering discounts. Explained I have extended warranty so did not need Relax but without success. A further example of the unexpected consequences of Relax.
  5. Always go for 4 wheel alignment - don't bother with 2 wheel as its a waste of money
  6. I had the maps (5 Discs) updated on my 2013 Rx450 in early June with latest version 10/2020 cost £205.
  7. UPDATE After three months of procrastination VW Parkway, Derby reimbursed 50% of the original invoice for fitting the cambelt and carrying out an MOT. By waiting three months the concept of Damage Limitation is obviously not part of their management ideology. With regard to VW Customer Services - the perfect oxymoron - and as much use as a chocolate teapot. I am sure I would have received more empathy and help from the Cats Protection League. It has been noted that several LOC members have experienced improved/additional service after having issues with Dealerships. I still do not have confidence in Parkway and their Technicians so it is highly unlikely I will return to their premises. If anyone cares to look up the reviews of VW Parkway on Trustpilot they will see that it appears their service and treatment of customers is endemic to the whole group.
  8. There are always deals out there of saving 10% to 15% if you buy 4 tyres
  9. I was under impression AWD meant it was permanent drive to all wheels, whereas 4WD gave the option of being 2WD or 4WD I wait to be enlightened
