I didn't really notice any difference in sound with the Silent ..... my K&N Typhoon always overpowered it !!

I would recommend that you clean the MAF sensor. That could play a big part in the MPG on the car .......... it's located on the air filter pipe .... the black square looking thing, with two screws. Take it off, and spray some alcohol cleaner into it ... (can't remember exact name) If that's dirty, and not reading correctly .... it will throw all sorts of weird petrol consumption figures back ! :)

Above the headlights them selves are levelizing screws you can adjust for height. If you know someone in an MOT garage, pop in and let them do it properly to the right hight ;)

Thats one reason I will not goto the Nurburgring on my bike. When you tracks cars / bikes in the same place .... it's never going to turn out good. Stick to a bikers only track, it's far more fun -
