  1. After waiting for a year, my new NX was delivered with the wrong interior. I ordered a white interior but was given black. I sold my own car yesterday (privately) so have taken the wrong spec. car. Has anyone had any similar experiences with Lexus? Thanks.

  3. I ordered the white interior but got the black interior. The dealer doesn't know how the mix up happened but thought that I could possibly get the correct car by February next year (if I wanted to wait....again!)
  4. After waiting for a year, I have finally collected my car. I would love to tell you about the great handover experience and how it is brilliant to drive 🙈 The car did look great, all shiny 😁, however when I opened the door it has got the wrong interior 🙈🙈🙈. I really can't believe, after waiting a year I now have a car that I didn't really "want". I'm still feeling a bit "shell shocked" 🙈 but hopefully I will feel better tomorrow 😀
  5. I collected my car today and was told that Lexus no longer supply locking wheel nuts (or bolts). They said that this applies to all models.

  11. I thought that it was about 2 to 3 weeks. As mine is similar I will be interested to hear other replies. Hopefully we get our cars this month 😀😀
  12. Car looks great. 😀 I know what you mean about the delay and lack of information "taking the shine off things" but at least you finally have it. I "think" that my car is in the UK so hopefully I will get mine soon.
  13. As said, it could just be some "shipping reason" - Portbury too busy or even the weather. Hopefully it still gets there by 5th September.
  14. All very annoying ☹️ Golf driver was probably on their phone. Not that it helps, but lots of damage to Golf and minimal obvious damage to the RX.
  15. I'm not so bothered about a service book as you do get a receipt / record of the work carried out. I do quite like having an owners manual - especially as "modern" cars can be quite complicated.
  16. My last car had perforated leather seats and I know what you mean. I even filled some of the holes with leather cleaner once 🙈 I was quite careful in the car to prevent as much "debris" as possible ie. no eating in the car. Might not be possible for everyone.
  17. Will the old app just update?? Or is this a completely new app?
