New Headlights

The glass of my headlights, from many hi speed trips, is a mess.

And i don't think there is a way for getting the clear look of a new one.

So the only option is repleacement. Original ones come no cheap....

What do you think of these on eBay? Item No. 170211950752

They are cheaper and look great! I suppose though, that i will loose

the electrical adjustment for the beam height..

The problem with American ones is that they point straight not to the side like there ment to in Europe.

This is USA auction and US producer that mean that the light will go straight.U will not pass MOT.

My brother has a Chevy Camaro Z28 in the UK and of course the headlights on that point forward and not to the left. This passes the MOT fine every year. The MOT guys said that they can pass as long as they do not point to the right like European cars. Not sure if he is correct but he issues a certificate.....

I think they look good and with HID built in, seems like a good deal :)

Well then you can use any headlight you want because they drive on which ever side of the road they want....

Original ones, have horizontal and vertical adjustment capability. I don't now about those american...

I was hoping someone would know more about the specific headlights or alternative options from europe maybe...

Don't like them at all myself.

The auction is just for a pair of headlights and a set of HIDs, I don't see any special design in the housing to accomodate a HID unit (projector), at best it is a half hearted attempt.

Am I not right in saying that they are IS300 lights which won't just fit straight in to the IS200.

Thought there was a slight difference in the shape of the wings or the brackets at least.

They are for an IS300 so will not fit straight into a 200, need some modifications to the inner wing to fit, not easy..

And they dont fit without modifications cause a member on here just got some and had that problem.
