Anyone got any ideas why my Drivers Door is not locking on my 2009 RX450H when i press 'LOCK' on Remote ?( All the rest do !). If i lock it manually from inside, it is the also the only Door that doesnt unlock when i press 'UNLOCK' on the Remote. Its also the only door that you cant hear anything happening from when you press LOCK or UNLOCK with the Remote.Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the lock actuator isn't operating. Take the door card off so that you have access to the gizzards and check both electrically (loose connections, broken wires, correct voltage etc) and mechanically (something seized, push rod not pushing etc).
