I've had some frustrating sales & service related issues in Canterbury, and a service issue in Tunbridge.... but really good service experience so far in Maidstone... weird as they are the same group of companies... I expect purely down to specific people rather than company policy.

In addition to those mentioned by John, above Motorline Group also has 4 other Lexus Dealerships outside of Kent.

I`ve not witnessed any plaudits for them, but they took a bit of stick about 9 months or so when they introduced an admin charge on prospective purchases I think it was.

Cardiff was given a sort of thumbs up recently by Bart who bought an RX from them.
