iPhone Contacts to phone book on 06 GS300

Evening all. 
does anyone know if it’s possible to add contacts from a newish Iphone 8S to a Lexus GS phone book. It keeps asking me to send the contacts but not sure how to do it and the owner’s manual hasn’t helped much. 
any suggestions gratefully received

When I tried with an Iphone 4 and a 2007 GS450h I couldn't do it. The document I found confirmed it.450iPhone.PDF

My way round this was to enter my most commonly used numbers in the car speed dial list. Then on the move I can use any of them easily. For others I stop and use the phone as normal.
