Ah right. They said they’d look at options with BSM, RCTA and 17” wheels ( not run flats ). Looking at Lexus new car config, Premium pack comes with RCTA, but not BSM. You get BSM with Premium plus pack.

Will see what they come up with - if anything.

I don't think you can have BSM without RCTA on any Toyota/Lexus, the two systems use the same sensors to detect other vehicles.

This is probably the most accurate list of specification for new UXs (older vehicles are different)

I have BSM and RCTA on my C-HR. Both use the emblem in mirror to warn.

I’ve found specs are very contradictory on the Lexus website. Premium sport, for example,  doesn’t come with rain sensing or locking wheel nuts - according to one page. Of course it does, so can’t trust specs.

Just waiting for them to come back to me with a yes, they can do what I want, or not. They think they've found a way they can, but not sure if they can get it through their purchasing system etc. Expecting them to come back with - "No can do".

I'm happy bide my time for now.

Correct it is the same. You have Android Auto/CarPlay as an alternative to using the Lexus system if you wished.

Shouldn't make much difference if at all. All the FWD non-Takumi grades are in the same 22 group, even the F Sport. Strangely Direct Line didn't recognise/care about any packs to my wife's car. So in theory a fully loaded base grade UX would cost the same as a completely stock one to insure even though it has a list price of £9k more.

just insured mine, no doesn't show only a standard model

Although I'm buying from Bham this time I've had great service and offers from Leicester for my last two CT's. Worth contacting them if you haven't already
