Can anybody assist me with how I edit add more contacts to the Phone Favourites list.

Thanks for that as expected SYNC CONTACTS do you know where that is as I have never seen it and it appears the manual does not tell me either.

It's under Bluetooth settings page 100 to turn sync contacts to on. Then page 242 to do it manually if auto sync doesn't work

Dave2951, Just for info : if you download the PDF and open it in a PDF reader, you can search for key words which makes finding things very easy.😊

That's why I use apple CarPlay, a 'simple' mirror of your phone contacts and settings without the faff

Agree completely regarding Faff will be swapping my old Iphone next so wireless charge and connection without USB cables and then will use apple more often.

Wireless charging in the arm rest is great, just chuck your phone in and forget about it.
But. You'll need something like a Car2Play unit ( https://cplay2air.com/) for wireless connectivity for apple CarPlay.
As the NX 300h 2021 only connects via USB.

I have that set up in my 2020 300h.

Should have know it would not be simple so the wireless charger only charges not connects.?

Yep, it'll charge, but nothing else.
And the USB plug-ins are right "there" too, which provide connectivity and ApplePlay, a nice feature, but redundant.
Unless you only use Bluetooth to connect to the car, but with AP and AA why would you?
