Recommended Posts

Hey Folks thought i would put this out there in case anyone else wants to replace their PCV Valve.

Its actually located in a muchhhhhhhhhh easier to access area that in the previous IS250 MK2.

Part Number:
12204-36040

Mines looks very oily and brown so i will be replacing it.

I am having trouble locating the part number in the UK but i see other part numbers which are PCV valve for Toyota Hybrids and Lexus CT.
Do i have to get 12204-36040 or will any IS250/CT PCV valve do the trick such as part number 12204-31040 (IS250) /  12204-37010 (CT/Auris)?

Failing that i will just order it from Amayama.

When I had my Subarus and was following Mr Subaru (indy Subaru specialist sharing lots of knowledge on YT) he advised to change. So I did. Didn't stop the head gasket blowing up though ☺️
